Highly recommend this dealership. It’s a smaller family owned business and they really don’t play games. For that alone, it is worth it. The price you see is the price you pay. They do add on a $999 customer service pack and it is non-negotiable (at least in my case), even though I was unable to take advantage of the benefits it comes with. Had they been transparent about that up front or offered me even a slight break, this would have been a 5 star review. Nonetheless, it is the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was able to easily communicate with them and have everything prepared ahead of time, so by the time I showed up, the test drive was the longest portion of the purchase. When I got back and said “I’ll take it,” I was out the door in 10 minutes. No lie. Price could not be beat anywhere in the country and again, they didn’t play games. No negotiating, no haggling. It is what it is. Definitely check the vehicle out, but if it suits you, everything else is easy! Their detailer could have done a better job cleaning, but it was in pretty good condition. Excellent customer service. 1st time buying a vehicle here. They have the best prices with low mileage, and straight to the point. I would recommend, and will buy from here again. The pictures they post online is actually what you get in person! Worth the drive to test drive & buy. Can't comment on financing as I went through my bank, but I'm sure their great on that end as well.

Had some issues in the past with financing and Asif told me to come by and he'll get me approved. Hieu was very helpful, and I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. Hieu was very professional and got me in and out! thank you guys! I would definitely recommend CarsCatch !

Untrained, unprofessional and disrespectful salesman. Salesmen Ernesto just put his hand out and demanded I return the keys instead of even trying to negotiate and be out the door. I could have took that truck home today and had more than enough to do so yet you couldn’t even bother to try and do your job and be a salesman? Hope you don’t treat other paying customers such way, Bless your heart.

I would give a NEGATIVE 10 if I could. This is by far the worst dealership I have ever worked with. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Hieu is the literal definition of shady used car salesman. They will lie about the condition of the car, not file paperwork timely & and act like they are the best thing ever invented if questioned on anything. STAY AWAY!!!

I drove all the way down from nyc to pick up my beautiful qx80 that this dealership had for sale. Before going down, I called and spoke with Hieu and he was a straight shooter. Right away, Hieu gave me numbers and a bill of sale right away and we did business right Away (smooth transition). When I arrived at this dealership, everyone was friendly and professional. I Would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them to anyone or my future purchases????

Run Run RUN ! Heiu is a crook ! I was sold a 2013 F 150 . One word LEMON . Went to trade in for a better option , and got a 2014 Silverado . It constantly left me on the side of the road . Asked for my money back to return the vehicle . The contacts leaves you stuck . I traded the piece of junk elsewhere and doing better . Don’t trust this place

Heui takes advantage of women and do illegal paperwork. They are slick talkers and don't promise anything. We purchased 2 vehicles. Heui even talked about the new salesman behind his back to us. So you know he is nasty. The newer vehicle needed brakes, rooter and oil change and had codes and lighting defaults. I took it to my mechanic because the oil change was overdue, mechanic discovered dry mud about (3) 5 pound bags when changing oil. Took it to Volkswagen dealer and asked for warranty. Dealership said no bring it to me and I will be corrected not void. Definitely voided! Was very rude to me, because vehicle has issues after signing.. But yet this was not a salvage or flood vehicle per paperwork. Getting an attorney
