i bought my Kia sorento from carriage Kia in Gainesville (my friends highly recommended them for their customer service) for 2 years now I've had issues with some features the car has. and it's covered under manufacturer warranty. but in order for them to figure out what to fix they need the car for the whole day. well the problem is carriage Kia in Gainesville sold out. but they still have their used car lot but they told me to make my appts in Woodstock because they are better setup to take care of my new car that cost me right at $60,000 the big issue is Woodstock is an hour and half away from me. service appts are booked 1-2 months out, I make the drive and the only thing the dingleberry at the service desk can say is call someone for a ride because I'm not going to drive you an hour in half away. (because he needs the car at least the whole day to diagnose it)or just take the car and come back later. so if you are considering buying a Kia from them just know the big promises of good service and all of that is just a bunch of lies. they suck and really don't care about you or your car......this is my 3rd attempt at trying to get my car LOOKED at by carriage kia and the 1st attempt was at Gainesville but I didn't realize the dealerships had changed owners (they were worse than carriage) and each time I have to make appts I have to take a day off work so now I've wasted 3hrs driving. fuel, time, plus a full days worth of work..... I wouldnt buy from them again. and definitely not recommending friends

We just purchased my 2023 KIA Sorrento yesterday. Our salesman Correy Cottle was amazing. He explained everything to us.We had a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

We transferred our car to Carriage KIA from SW Florida where we moved from. We worked with Cody in Service & he took excellent care of us ! We were able to set an appointment easily & reminder communications by text & phone are second to none. We arrived on time & check in for service went quickly. Our service was completed within the time given to us & the waiting area was nice & comfortable. Snacks & drinks were provided & power for charging devices is available. Our car was well looked after & prices are competitive. We would highly recommend Carriage KIA ! M & L Himsworth, Canton GA

Great service!! Straight to the point .. in and out. Salesman Jordan was SUPER!!!! Updated edit: hindsight is 20/20. Prices are way WAY too much. Went to Subaru in Woodstock!! Go there and talk to Cliff!! I promise it’s better than letting this company rake you over the hot coals

I got my vehicle from Carriage Kia in July, which was an interesting purchase.I was recommended by someone that got her cars from this particular dealership. So, I live 1hr and 18 minutes from this dealership and I tried other dealerships "Calavan West, Nalley Kia, and a few more". Of course, this one won the time and deal. Yes, there are some issues with any company, but if you're a patient person and really want something, you will look past the incident. I must say, I have never seen a service guy really want to work on a deal like we did. They was excited to work with us. Some times you just got to work them because if you're not... they will be bored. (hints for those going to get a vehicle there... referral by me LMAO)I haven't used their maintenance section yet, in which I need to go there soon and have an appointment set up. One thing about this process, it was a see-saw at first then turned out great. The only thing I won't suggest is "Kia Finance America" by the dealership!!!! --- use anyone else if you can. KFA is giving me a headache right now, but the dealership did their job. I'm enjoying my awesome ride as well.

I had to have the alternator fixed and after that my uvo system never came back on. I watched a youtube video on how to reboot. It didn't reboot.I called Carriage Kia, they gave me a number to call to get the UVO system fixed. It was a roadside assistance number. I called Carriage Kia back. They made an appointment for me to bring the car in.The appointment was something like 70 days away. That was the soonest they could get me in. Finally the day came. I went in so they could diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. The estimate was for 2000 dollars. They said the system needed to be replaced. I said no, paid the fee for the diagnosis--I think it was 130 bucks--and went home.And I lived without my back-up camera or telephone hookup for the next 18 months.For some reason, the other day I decided todo a youtube search again and this time I added "fusses" to the search and took out "reboot" and ... five minutes later my system was back.I don't see how it's possible that Kia took my money to diagnose the problem, never tried to pull the fuse out and pop it back in, and diagnosed that I needed a new system that would cost 2000 dollars.I've been to some really horrible, sinful, stealing, lying car dealerships in my time but Carriage Kia is by far the worst.

I wanted to give a compliment to the service department at Carriage Kia of Woodstock. I had a service issue that needed to be fixed. They were so prompt in calling me back and getting my car in the next day! They fixed everything, called with updates and were very friendly. Joseph was fantastic and he did such a great job caring for my car!!

I purchased a 2020 kia telluride at carriage kia in Woodstock about a month ago. I haven’t even paid my first car payment yet. I haven’t even got a tag in the mail yet on this car. As of today I had a battery light come on. I took the car to Woodstock Georgia. And they had service look at the car. The service tech came out and said my alternator was bad and I may not make it back to where I need to go. Remind u I had both of my small children with me. The kia dealership wanted me to pay $1400.00 to get this fixed. They didn’t care that I had my children with me and that my car would possibly not make it home. My $34,0000 car didn’t make it home it broke down and me and my two kids sat on the side of the road waiting on a two truck for over a hour in the heat. I took a picture of my car and my two kids standing beside it. I was treated like pure trash at this place. And can’t believe that a human being would treat another human being this way. The manager Ross was a completely rude to me and I wish I would have recorded the conversation of how selfish and careless this man was to me. I shouldnt have to pay $1400.00 for this to be fixed when I have not even got to my first payment yet. It’s heartbreaking to me I spent months and months to be able to get this car for me and my kids. What a shame to be treated this way. And not to mention the paint on my roof is peeling off and won’t stop getting bigger and bigger. Such a inhuman way to do someone in business.

Definitely not your "run of the mill" car dealership. They seem to be more customer-oriented than sales driven. The closest appointment they had available for a diagnostic was 2 months out. They fit my car in the schedule within 3 days. I told Joseph and Cory it was my only means of transportation, so they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of as fast as possible.Thank you, Carriage Kia of Woodstock and the service department, especially! I will DEFINITELY purchase my next vehicle from you!!!

The service department is the worst. While the vehicle is in warranty they are very helpful but when the warranty ends they treat you like garbage. I had my oil changed and noticed the oil level was low soon after the oil change. they didn't bother to tell me that there was a valve cover gasket leak. They tell me to come back in 1000 miles for oil consumption check. When I come back in 1000 miles I'm out of warranty and they refuse to help. Telling me to call Kia Consumer 800# where you hold for over an hour. Poor customer service. I won't be back and I will not refer anyone else to Kia

I called the service center many times and was given the number of the warranty people, the number of which was given to me by the dealership, they did not say this wasn't covered. They didn't say it wasn't covered and I was SOL. They said it was a safety issue and the responsibility of the dealership to make it right. They said it was the dealership's problem. They represent the dealership.Your people were rude and kept brushing me off. Now you say you don't care every time I hit the brakes my passenger flies forward at a dangerous speed. My family has spoken well of this dealership dozens of times. We're we wrong? Should I let my nephews shoot some Tik Tok videos? Your customer service was amazing when we bought our car and despite the many setbacks that we had to overcome, your customer service never wavered. Now we have a serious safety situation/ issue and since we are not new customers we are no longer shown the amazing customer service we once received. This is an issue in which I now will have to resolve on my own despite reaching out to this dealership to do right by their customers. I will no longer be recommending this dealership nor will I be purchasing another vehicle from them. I am beyond upset and disappointed in the lack of concern for your customers safety.

What a turn around... We have a Kia Optima that had issues with the motor. Car is beyond warranty but the previous service team done a flash for the knock sensor. The car stopped in the middle of the interstate while my wife was driving. The previous service manager was not polite and quite honestly very rude. The new service manager, I believe is the best manager ever. Our car is now having a motor recall/replacement. The current team does an outstanding job communicating the issues and time frame to getting someone back on the road. THANK YOU to the New Service Management!
