I love my Kia unfortunately, all of the problems started after I paid My Baby off!
I refuse to buy another Kia because of the service department! No one calls back, no one answers, & months of service with of course no loaner! I refuse to do anything else with Kia!
Philip was the guy who was supposed to be helping us! car wouldn’t start pay $200 to get it towed here. No codes would come up
Tell me why the mechanic called asking my husband what was wrong with the car ( seriously ) but still charges as 175 diagnostic fee.
All the problems that Kia has with engines they’re gonna give me the runaround,
All I was told is the engine recall does not apply to the six cylinder Bullsh** engine shut off no codes popped up nothing but it’s not covered under Kia!

Everyone here is just amazing. I bought a car from them back in 2021 and it just got totaled. I couldn’t imagine getting a different car or buying from anywhere else. I ended up getting the exact same car just a little newer. The people that work at Kia is what makes this place so amazing. Don’t hesitate on going here if you are wanting a Kia!

Brenda my wife literally drove her van to death! We had the van towed home. My truck is in the shop being repaired so between my son and daughter we were able to use their cars this week as we looked for a decent priced car. I tried Hyundai Nissan Ford Chevrolet and Mitsubishi. I came close to buying the Nissan and thought we would check out Kia first before signing the paperwork? I was so impressed with Carriage Kia of Woodstock. Our salesman Brian Sanchez was awesome. He listened to what my needs were and what my budget was. We drove the car and fell in love with it. I made a reasonable offer and they accepted it. We did have to finance which was a breeze thanks to Charles in the finance department. They gave us a wonderful tour of the dealership. The service department is amazing and the customer lounge is top-notch. This is exactly what buying a car should be like. If you are looking for a decent priced car that’s comfortable and fun to drive give my new friend Brian Sanchez a call. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

Amazing experience! The best customer service I've ever had at a car dealership by far! Professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating staff. If you've got a Kia or are in the market for one this is the only place in all of metro Atlanta to even consider. There are a few other Kia dealerships but don't waste your time, they aren't even close to Carriage and at least one of them is an absolute nightmare. Bought my Kia at another dealership before I heard about Carriage but since the first time I took it for a service recall they blew me away with their level of service and the way they took care of me. I will never go anywhere else and actually look forward to going even if it's for an oil change because it's such a great experience from start to finish not to mention they wash your car before pickup which is just icing on the cake. Give them a try and I promise you'll be a customer for life.

Every person who works at Carriage Kia of Woodstock is wonderfully and genuinely friendly and warm. My salesman a Jeff Wright was so kind, patient, helpful and altogether lovely. He was honest and forthright about the used cars I was considering. Sean was an angel and unbelievably kind and helpful regarding my financing. I just love everyone there!! Their prices are the best in the north Atlanta area. And they even have Starbucks Chai Lattes?

I can’t recommend this place enough.
My husband and I went just to look at 2 cars we had considered getting and ended up leaving with a new car.
Brian greeted us at the door and was very friendly and overall nice.
The process was extremely smooth and quite honestly at not point did we feel pressured nor pushed into buying anything.
After seeing the cars, we talked a bit and Brian just asked what he could do for us, so we ran the numbers and it ended up working out! After that we went with Jonathan and he explained everything patiently and throughly to us, whatever extras we had included and we could add on and went through every detail of everything we needed to sign to complete our purchase.
Overall we left extremely happy and we can definitely say that this is not just a dealership trying to get as much money from you as possible but a dealership who works with you and respects the business you bring. .a
Again, can’t recommend Brian Sanchez and Jonathan Merlos enough!
