He is beyond professional, proficient, productive and knowledgeable man. AVIS made the right choice having him represent the company. I struggled to rent to drive for UBER and he gave me a chance. From the time I started, and as time passed by with me having minor issues with EVs, Mr. Jack has always extended his hand out to help, provided superior customer service and advice, and had me taken care of when it was time to come back into the store.
