We took our Class C RV here to help get a back-up camera installed, and they were nothing but super helpful! Jonny, Olivia, and Shirley made sure to answer any questions we had and made this process awesome. We are so glad to have a great back up camera installed and cannot wait to hit the road now! Thanks again, and we will certainly be back in the future if needed!

Great place to do business I had an issue with the toilet and called and the person working the sales Counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had the product waiting on me when I got there and helped carry it to the car. I would highly recommend this place! Great customer service I wish I had gotten her name but she needs to be promoted to manager.

Salesman was great and up front. Great selection of campers. I wish my orientation could have been a little better but they were covered up with people trying to check out. The person that did my orientation did a good job, he was not who would normally be doing orientations and he stated that a couple of times. They have been responsive to a warranty issue we had but I wish it did’nt take so long to deal with those items. My camper has been back at the dealership for a few weeks now but fortunately it’s winter and there’s not a lot of camping happening right now anyway . Overall pretty satisfied.

What’s the best way to put this? Buy a trailer and get screwed pretty much sums it up. Jay was the BEST salesman and helped us out. But once the trailer was delivered to our we realized the “great” delivery guy didn’t secure the sliding door so our door has been broken since day one. Then the shower is leaking. This trailer is brand new and NO ONE cares at Camping World. It’s like talking to children. They do not care that we are living in this now full time and has been trying to schedule mobile techs to come out and fix it but then after weeks of trying to get someone to help we are being told mobile techs don’t exist & we have to bring trailer in for repairs!!! They’re smoking something down there at camping world. We will not be driving our now home anywhere. This place is a joke. I would never recommend someone to buy from here. Just a bunch of doornails there.

Jonny in service has taken amazing care of our brand new Class C with some typical warranty work. He’s kept us informed every step of the way, being transparent and honest about expectations. In addition, the quality of work has been superb. The technicians definitely know what they are doing. I will continue to give Camping World Woodstock and Jonny my business for many years to come.

I don’t know about other reviewers on here, but I know all Camping World dealerships are not created equal. If we had an issue and it needed fixed. It was taken care of swiftly. If you know me, you know I don’t hold back and I speak my mind.On a recent trip to a wedding in Alabama. We never made it. Our Leaf-Springs broke. Which in turn caused our Axles to just twist is the best description. After SEVERAL phone calls to different shops. No help.We finally just paid the extra money to have our 5th wheel towed to our Camping World.The Service Manager, JOHNNY was there for us the whole way. I can’t say enough good things about Johnny. All the way from helping us get the RV to the dealership , to personally calling my husband on his personal cell-phone, to talking and getting our insurance to pay for the extra damage our extended warranty wouldn’t , to getting the right parts ordered. Awesome customer service. So appreciated Johnny.We will always be a customer at Woodstock Camping World. Thank youDave and Dawn F.

Our RV was damaged while on a trip. We had it towed for service to Camping World, Woodstock. Normally you expect the worst from a money and service perspective.... but this was far from the case.We had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jonny Post who is a true professional. He interfaced with the insurance company, making it feel like we had a real advocate on our side for the service that needed to be provided.Normally you expect the worst, and have to fight for every nickel and penny to get things fixed on warranty or insurance service.This team handled these actions with professionalism and made it very easy on us to get the repairs completed.This was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated.Ty Jonny!!!!

Buying our camper was WONDERFUL. We had it for a couple of weeks and went camping & the toilet started leaking water. One of the blinds fell . So Woodstock Camping World took it in to fix . Well they had our camper right at 3 months saying they were waiting on warranty parts . Finally we get a call ,, they fixed the toilet but ...sorry the guy broke the valance while putting the blinds up so they had to reorder everything. Well when we look inside it was dirty . The main toilet was dirty and the couch had 3 screws in it where they had been working above it . So I had them bring someone out to clean up . We also noticed that the refrigerator had a 3 inch crack on the bottom with some kind of weird plastic thing in the door. We brought that to their attention, we were told warranty will not pay for that . We told them it wasn't there when we dropped this off to you . He said "They would not pay for it " So still figuring out that one !!! Well we took the camper back home with us until they called us and today they got the parts in to fix the blind and valance. Johnathan P. told us he was getting a whole new valance and had given us the old one ( which we left at the house because we thought we were getting the whole valance.)but instead we got just the 2 pieces on the left side . We talked to the manager but he just didn't seem to care . His hands are tied . We told him that All the compartments on the camper were unlocked !!! We ask him why ?? He said " Did you ask JP? ". No . WELL NOONE SHOULD HAVE OPENED ANY COMPARTMENTS PERIOD !!! We did not give them keys and they have a Master key . That doesn't give them the right to open ANYTHING ELSE BUT THE DOOR . !!!!The reason we don't give them a key anymore is they lost ours once and had to search for it for over an hour before they found it . It was in a warranty box or something. They just don't seem to care at all . Sad . We bought a new couch that reclines to put in and they took the one that came in it out and put the new one in . Well that didn't even go right. The person gouged 3 spots on floor making it noticeable. Now they have to put new flooring just where the spots are they said . Praying on that . Just think twice ,, HARD before going to this place. You would think they would be more caring and definitely more careful with peoples stuff . Good Luck .

Like others have said, if able to give a 0 I would. Bought a motor home in July and been in the shop since. NEVER had the chance to sleep in it yet. Go down to talk with the service manager about it and get lied to to your face. New manager now and was told it sat at Peach State Ford for 3 months. Last seen NOTHING has been done. Still waiting so I can winterize it. GREAT JOB AT TAKING MY 117,000 for nothing. Been turned in to BBB. Thanks for the “ great “ service MarcusWould like to add that Miss Shannon, the new service manager has been the most helpful by far. She is the one to speak with, not the GM.

Cody was my salesperson, and if you’ve never had great customer service before, he exemplifies that. Truly A1…from answering all my questions, sending me a personalized video that really detailed the differences between 2 campers I was torn between, to closing the sale, he is truly unparalleled! Thank u Cody for being professional, personable and knowledgeable! I cannot close without giving Gabe a honorable mention. He was awesome with the orientation! I left feeling like I studied for a camper test. The location is very inviting. It was worth the hour drive and I will send anyone I know who’s in the market your way, Cody ?

Camping World of Woodstock's service department is awful. We tried to get our Fifth Wheel serviced over the course of 6 months. We had to bring it in 3 different times. We had a list of repairs to be completed but they either just didn't complete them or were waiting on parts. I had to personally send them pictures of all the repairs and parts needed (showing part numbers) because they didn't do it when they had possession of my camper!The gray tank valve has been stuck open since we bought the FW. According to the service dept this cannot be fixed! However, they charged me $175 to flush it. The valve is still stuck open. That makes no sense that I had to pay that $175 just so they would release the camper back to me!Had to argue over getting the little bedroom closet sliding door latch replaced because it was broken at the time of purchase (and noted on the Orientation Sheet). The part was never ordered as promised and 2.5 years later they wanted us to pay for it. (Said they'd have to get approval from the Sales Dept!) Finally got them to agree to not charge us. They tried to install one that they grabbed off the shelf but we stopped them because it didn't match the one on the other side. FINALLY they ordered the correct part and we drove back (40 miles) to pick it up. So much stress over such a little thing.It is extremely exhausting dealing with those people!

I have a pop up camper for my family’s summer adventures. Unfortunately the canopy on it broke and I was unsure if it was able to be fixed. I took it to Camping World in hopes they could repair it or even replace it. Johnny was very patient and listened to me explain the issue. He fully instructed me on how he was going to fix it and reassured me that it was no problem to fix. He able to do this very fast and I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end.

Bought our first travel trailer today! Hunter White and Mason were awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful! I highly recommend Camping World Woodstock for your travel needs! Stay away from having your camper serviced at this facility. Their service department is horrible. Had our camper for almost 4 months to just replace a front window gasket. We brought our camper in because of a service bulletin recall but never thought it would be such a nightmare. Our camper was still brand new with all of the plastic protectors attached. By the time they replaced the gasket, our front window was broken, the shades on it were broken, and they didn't lock the door, so someone got inside. There were dirty clothes, dog hair, hair scrunchies with hair and barrettes laying on the counters and bed. Also, a piece of cloth on the bed. We also had service help inspect it, and we found that all of our Blu-rays and DVDs had been stolen. The service man picked up the items that were left by whoever and walked out. We told them that we wanted to just get out of there and give us the paperwork and our keys. THEY LOST OUR KEYS! We stated that we wanted to file a police report, and they said if we do that, we couldn't take our camper. We got our camper and got out of there. They could not keep their stories and lies straight, saying they fixed the skylight when we talked to corporate and the shades were fine. They tried to make it sound like they did us a favor by fixing what they broke which was the front window not the skylight!. The shades are still broke and their helpful attitude turned into accusations and nastiness. Wish we could give them zero Stars or minus 100 Stars.
