Very friendly, didn’t make me feel stupid when asking questions or describing what the dealership told me I needed and fumbling my words. Pricing is much better than the dealership, my mom has been using them for a long time and I recently came back after using all my Ford points. Was a little sad they got rid of their location next to Sam’s club, but it wasnt very far from their “new” location. Glad to be using them again!

I love this place! It is hard to find an auto shop that doesn't try to take advantage of you every time you need service (like an oil change) This shop never tries to upsell me on things my car doesn't need. They are efficient and honest. I recommend this business to everyone that needs an honest mechanic!

I was told about C&T by a friend and decided to take my older Corvette for a oil change and A/C service. Appointment was on time, and service was finished within the time estimate I was given. A month later I took my older Lexus there for an oil change and had the same experience. Prices are reasonable and shop is clean and well organized. I will use C&T on a regular basis going forward.

I would like to say that it took me a while to give my feedback on my experience with this company. I brought my 1990 bronco two to them to repair my windshield wipers, my starter grinding and it feeling like it had a vacuum leak between 2000 and 3000 RPMs when driving. They had my vehicle for over seven weeks. They claim that it needed a shim plate between, the bell housing and the transmission which would help the starter. They told me after all that time just to go pick up my vehicle it’s ready .And the seats floorboard and armrest had grease all over them. Mind you this is a pretty mint bronco 2.
And when I picked it up, it would start and then cut out and would not run. I had to come back and get it after they said they needed to adjust some thing. When I picked it up, they barely try to wipe off the seat and sprayed some type of cleaner on the armrest that put a water stain on it which was more like a dirt stain. Driving it home the speedometer did not work. The windshield wiper fell off and did not operate. My dashboard lights did not work. So basically, my vehicle came back to me seven weeks later in worse condition and cost me over $2600. I’ve since traded the bronco to somebody I now know. His mechanic has had to go through the whole thing and has found numerous problems from the work that was performed. Here is the so-called shim plate that was installed. After seeing this today. I was super pissed about the level that I’ve been ripped off. If you value your vehicle and your wallet. Stay away from this place. There are plenty of good mechanics out there that can service your vehicle just do your due diligence on finding that Mechanic.

I brought My 2009 Nissan Pathfinder in at around or on December 1st 2023. My vehicle had been stalling at stop lights, not starting etc. Had several people look at it and quotes to fix ranged from $900 - $1,200.00 with various opinions of what the issue was.
Guess what? Through a friend, I was sent Jordan's shop number, called, Took it in and by the end of that weekend, I had My vehicle back, running and the Cost? $169.00.
I will say this, in these days and times, it is virtually "IMPOSSIBLE" to find an Honest and Professional Auto Repair shop much less Mechanic.
I was told what I needed to Fix NOW, They recommended upcoming fixes for the future. No pressure, No upselling, Just great work, honesty and attention to detail. Took Me while to find time to write this Review, but, It is something I definitely had to do. Keep up the great work guys, word of mouth is spreading about your integrity and professional services.

Formal Complaint Regarding Unethical Practices and Overcharging
Dear C & T Auto Mechanic Shop,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the services provided by your establishment, C & T, located at the corner of Bells Ferry Rd and Bascomb Carmel Rd in Woodstock, GA.
I brought my vehicle to your shop with the expectation of receiving honest and competent automotive services. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, leading me to believe that I have been subjected to unscrupulous practices and overcharging.
The issue with my vehicle was a cranking problem, which I believed would be a straightforward and reasonably priced repair. As a customer who is actively studying to become a mechanic, I was shocked to discover that the problem was a simple hose replacement. The total cost for this minor repair should have been well under a hundred dollars, yet I was charged an exorbitant amount of nearly $800.
Furthermore, I entrusted your shop with my vehicle in September, anticipating a timely resolution. However, I did not receive my car back until February of the following year, an unacceptable delay that significantly inconvenienced me. This prolonged period without my vehicle was not only an inconvenience but also raised questions about the efficiency and professionalism of your establishment.
Moreover, upon reviewing the itemized charges, I realized that I was billed for numerous services and parts that were unnecessary for resolving the initial issue. This leads me to believe that I was intentionally misled and charged for services that were not required, constituting a clear case of dishonest and unethical behavior.
I feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with potential consumers in the interest of protecting them from falling victim to what I perceive as unscrupulous practices at your establishment. Therefore, I strongly advise others to exercise caution and refrain from doing business with C & T on Bells Ferry Rd.
I sincerely hope that this letter prompts you to reevaluate your business practices and address the concerns raised.

I came in needing a severe alignment and other work that practically made my car a death-mobile.
At first, I was told that the shop was too busy and may be unable to help me at that time because there was not enough technicians/mechanics in.
I asked if my car would be safe to drive to work (45 minutes away) and after a quick assessment, Jordan was able to conclude that the car was not in driving condition and required immediate attention.
He called a neighboring store and within 15 minutes another mechanic was on the scene fixing my car.
The care, consideration and determination are what we need more of in customer service.
In no way shape or form did I feel "sold" or "had" as many women often do when leaving the mechanic.
Thank you C&T for all of your help and kindness.

I always leave feeling confident with their work and have the peace of mind that my car was in good hands.
