Burn Boot Camp has been a wonderful experience for me . Everyone has been so nice and helpful . I want to give a shout out to Terrine. She works hard keeping up on task and making sure we get the exercises correctly. I’m happy to have her as my trainer . ?

I love the atmosphere of this place! The coaches are awesome and really work hard to motivate you to keep going! They will even help you with your form so you get that 1 on 1 vibe in a group atmosphere. The people I've met so far have been absolute dolls! Highly recommend 10/10

Burn isn't your typical gym, it's a community of strong men and women supporting each other. I used to get nervous when working out of being judged by those around me, but Burn has made working out fun and non-judgmental all while getting results! If you're looking for a lifestyle change, join us! You won't regret it. BONUS: childcare with membership!

I started going to BurnBootCamp Woodstock 5 weeks postpartum with my second child ! I thought it was going to be very intimidating but I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. The trainers are INCREDIBLY! They push you to your limits(in a good way) and show you that you are capable of anything and more . I’ve only been going to burn for 6 months and the results are phenomenal! I’ve lost around 22 pounds, about 20 inches and even gained over a pound in muscle! I used to be a size 16 in Jeans and now fit into a size 10 ! I can’t thank all the trainers and even my burn brothers and sisters for helping along this journey ! Everyone is so supportive of each other . I will always recommend BurnBootCamp Woodstock to all my friends who ask me ! This is definitely the place to go if your looking to start your fitness journey!

If you are looking for way more than I place to get fit Burn is your answer! The environment is incredibly encouraging no matter your fitness level. You immediately have a new group of friends cheering you on which keeps you coming back for more. If you struggle with joining a gym and quitting, Burn is your answer. It’s not just a gym-its where you find acceptance and encouragement for more than just your fitness goals.

If you are going for your first class, be careful. I went for my first class and thought it was great. I was nervous about the size of the weights ( I only saw 10lbs-25lbs available) because I’m not beginner but not intermediate when it comes to working out and exercise, but I figured the trainer knew what was going on. I jumped in quick and did what I could. For the 2-3 days after, I was excruciatingly sore- like unbearable. I couldn’t move my arms or pick anything up. I just thought that it was just a great workout. At the 4-6 day mark, my arms began to swell and we’re still in pain. Again, I chalked it up to being a good workout. On day 6, my arms had swollen to twice their size. After researching, I read an article about a similar situation and it led the woman to the ER. I panicked and rushed to the ER, after blood and urine tests they determined that I had developed rhabdomyolosis and admitted me to the hospital. This “great workout” cost me 3 days in the hospital to prevent me from having permanent kidney or liver damage. I went though 15+ bags of fluid and endured the worst swelling I have ever experienced.I’m not blaming this on the gym, but I think they should be more aware of first-timers and offer a beginner or starter class or at least modify the workout for first-timers. This can happen to anyone at any workout level, so please do your research and be careful. No “great workout” is worth going through that I had to go through or deal with permanent damage to your body.

I’m at the end of my 7-day trial, and I found a place I can go and get myself healthy. This tribe of humans are amazing and are at VERY different places in their journey to fitness(I am so new it is ridiculously sad), but I felt welcomed, I felt empowered and it hurt, in a good way. It is hard, but that’s ok. No one judged when I took a step back, in fact when I did I was usually greeted with encouragement and offered ways to for me to modify something so I could continue at my pace. I don’t know, it’s still very new but I have never been this motivated before for myself and I think these trainers and this group of people are the best at keeping me motivated, they are encouraging me even with my struggles and not letting me doubt myself. Reminding me I’m at the beginning of my journey. They are just awesome. Just awesome! As I continue with them I can’t wait to share my results!

The supportive environment at Burnboot Camp Woodstock is so refreshing. The motivational phrases on the wall are inspiring. The members are welcoming, the staff is friendly, the whole vibe is very positive. The sessions are challenging and they offer modifications for all of the exercises. The trainers walk around to make sure that you have proper form. The trainers know your name! I go to the morning classes and I’ve taken classes from Whitney, Briget and Terrin and have enjoyed them all.

Terrible customer service here. I signed up for their monthly program and after coming 1 time, picked up a 2nd job that wouldnt allow me to come anymore and now I am charged $129 EVERY month because of the contract I quickly signed before doing my workout. No one advised me that I was entering into a YEAR long contract. Yes i shouldve read it, and DEFINITELY will from now on but I've been a member of several gyms that did not require you to be in a year contract. That should definitely be told to your prospective members upfront. After reaching out to the gym to cancel (and finding out I was in the 1 yr long contract) their advice was to talk with a trainer about a better time to get me in. I am working TWO jobs now to counteract inflation....it's not about my commitment to coming in...Seriously? Thanks for adding to my current problems though by charging me the $129 every month that I ONLY USED YOUR SERVICES FROM ONE TIME.
