Too bad they make you give 1 star to write a review. I would absolutely not support this company ever again, they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They keep transferring you to different folks who are just as clueless as the last person you talked to, they do not return phone calls when you leave messages. We had a $900 overpayment on our account and it has been 2.5 months and I am still trying to collect it back. They lied and said a check was issued and it wasn't; a month later they finally cut a check but sent it to the wrong address and now I am trying to reach someone again to have them put a stop payment on the check and reissue but it is as if no one is working because no one answers the phone or responds back. There is no way I would ever give money to this company again if this how they are okay treating their customers. I have pages of emails with my rep and numerous names and numbers I have been given to get this rectified but again 2.5 months later and no resolution. I am on the phone currently and just told the rep I am trying to reach someone about an overpayment refund and the nut transfers me to Collections...what part of that indicates I need the Collections department when I asked for Accounts Receivable. Here I am wasting more hours writing this review on this company. This is so sad to get this sort runaround. Be aware if you run into any issues because this and other google reviews about customer service is your indication of how you will be treated.

Waste of money! Placed order at the beginning of volleyball season and when the order finally arrived, it was incomplete and print was defective. I stressed to the rep that these were required by the team and needed to be replaced asap so that my child wasn't penalized for not being in proper uniform. I guess the urgency didn't matter to them. After all, they already had my money. Best of all, the replacement arrived with only 2 games left in the season! Literally 6 days before our last game! It's just a souvenir at this point. I emailed them back but no response. I have no other choice but to order from them, as it's dictated by our school... but they suck!! Overpriced! Poor quality! Lacking customer service! DO BETTER!

Site says orders ship within 10-14 days. Yeah right! It’s been weeks since I’ve placed my 2 orders. Finally got one shirt shipped after 5 weeks and now it’s currently lost in transit an hour from my house. Probably need to go ahead and dispute these. Waste of time and money.

Terrible. I started on a “Free Shipping On All Orders” ad, and then when I went to the website, it prompted me to give them my phone number in exchange for 15% off.First, the discount code for the 15% wasn’t any good. The site said the item I was purchasing was at a better price than the 15% discount so it wouldn’t apply it. (FYI, the item was at regular price.)Then it gave me a “freight” cost of $64! What is free shipping if it doesn’t include freight? By the way, I was ordering ONE pair of shoulder pads. How could that possibly be $64?On the end, they weren’t up front with their pricing/advertising, and I deleted the order.Don’t waste your time.

Horrible! Non responsive when attempting to order, delays once you finally get your order in and many errors when the uniforms are finally delivered. There are many better options in the area. Don't waste your time with this company!

Business etiquette is a set of manners that is accepted or required in a profession. Often upheld by custom, it is enforced by the members of an organization.Those who violate business etiquette are considered offensive in their conducts. Uniform delays, poor if any communication/feedback, no sense of urgency on the delivery of merchandise what so ever while still possessing the customers money in hand. These all here are the exact descriptions of an offensive business etiquette, which should no longer be tolerated or have continued business dealings with them now or in the foreseeable future.
