I hadn't shopped here since before covid. But decided to start back up because sometimes it's location is convenient. I happened to make a purchase online but ended up not needing it. I set the return up online, thinking it will make the return more smooth. Walked in and waited at customer service for 5 minutes. Finally a lady comes and has to call a manager because they can't use the online return to make a return. He leaves to go to the office to try and cancel the online return but couldn't so radios to the desk that I need to call. Had I not been listening to the radio I wouldn't have probably even done it because the girl just stared at me. So I go online and chat to cancel my return. That took about 10 min. Girl up front radios to manager I canceled the return, well apparently he never heard her. So had moved on to another manager task. I told the girl I had been there 30 minutes and needed to go. She said oh OK well you can just come back another time!!!!! No, after 30 minutes I'm never coming back!!!! I told her to walk up to the office and get the return done that I had to go!!! And legit I did, I had kids to pick up!!!! She sllllllllllooooowly walked up stairs to the office and then came back soooooo slowly and handed me a receipt. 35 min all together and barely an apology. Thank you no! I'll just stick woth costco.

Never buy tires here. I bought my tires and ended up getting a nail in one. Tried to come by and getting it fixed and they said there are no work ins but could make u an appt. They were standing there. Customer service is not their strong point. Went and asked the Store manager what their policy was. His response was he can listen to ur complain but that was it. And he would walk down there and ask if we wanted him to. Seriously. And actually almost sarcastic. Went to sams club and guess what! Worked me in and didn’t charge me. That’s service.

We''ve been going to the Woodstock BJ's for years, ever since they first opened. We have a regular visit to BJ's every two weeks. The staff here are just as helpful as always but the products haven't changed much in a long time, including the food and deli sections.Over the past year or so, we've been buying less and less at BJ's because of the expiration dates on food items. They keep getting shorter and shorter. On our last visit, we put most food items back on the shelf because their expiration dates were only one or two days away, and we also finally found items that were PAST the expiration date.We did purchase two seemingly identical packages of pork from the meats section, but tossed one package in the trash that same day because it smelled absolutely rancid.It's sad to see this BJ's in decline, it's been like a member of the family for so long, but these problems continue to get progressively worse, not better.

Sidewalks are covered in trash. Parking lot covered in trash. Not one cashier at most times. Angry little old lady managing the self check lanes. Self check lanes missing scan guns forcing you to lift bulk merchandise over the conveyor belt. Restrooms smell like mold. Nobody ever in here anymore. Going out of business.

The employees here are very helpful and friendly and are a pleasure to interact with! Especially Joey who usually draws a smiley face on the receipt. Tonight I got to choose a holiday option! I chose a tree! ? It is wonderful to see people who enjoy their jobs!

Every staff interaction has been extremely pleasant with genuine, friendly conversations and helpfulness every visit. Joey is always awesome and switches up the traditional receipt check drudgery you get at competing warehouses.

BJ'S has good quality products (meats, produce, bakery and I've noticed that BJ'S has been beating out Sam's Club lately. Our family has memberships in BJ, Costco and Sam's Club, so we can compare

Does not have the variety offered by Sam's club. We use it for the gasoline prices primarily and a few paper products we buy in bulk.

I am completely pissed at this moment!!! Twice today, I placed an order for same day delivery for earbuds, that they show is available and in stock for the same day service and I went ahead and placed the order, only for them to cancel it…TWICE!!! I called customer care and the agent could not give a reason for the cancellation and so I requested to speak with a supervisor, who advised for me to place the order again and he would waive the service fee as a courtesy and upon doing that, within minutes, the order was again cancelled and without a reason behind the cancellation. The proper thing to do, would be for one to state as to the reason WHY the order is being cancelled, I believe I deserve that common courtesy as a member. I guess it is safe to say that this is what we now have to accept as customer service, right?!!! I am too upset right now. I can see why people are switching over to Costco and that will be my next stop, I’m sure they won’t mind me spending my hard earned coins with them instead. ✌️ BJs
