They have some audacity to actually charge a membership fee for this garbage. Does BJs corporate ever wonder why this store gets maybe 10% of the customer traffic than the Costco 2 miles up the road does? I have no clue how a large store with that much overhead cost stays in business when nobody wants to shop there. I work as a personal shopper, and literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I take orders from the store, they are out of the most basic items, and the customer service flat out sucks. They run a handful of self checkout registers (when they actually work), and generally one live cashier. The store has a run down, dingy feel inside, and the fact they don't care is evident. The only thing I ever use my membership for is the gas station, and I've reached a point with them, due to the horrible experiences I have in there while I am working, that I will not be renewing. There are 2 far, FAR better warehouse stores within 2 miles of BJs. There is no reason to waste your time here.

Just cancelled my membership. I was checking out and placing my items next to my cart, as I have done before to make sure I did not miss anything. One of the employees came over and started grilling me like I was trying to steal something saying, "if you use the hand scanner you have to leave the stuff in the cart." ... never heard of this, ever... Then finally he asked if I scanned everything, and I said yes. He said that I did not scan the pack of Pepsi that I literally had in my left hand and the scanner in my right and he was standing right there when I scanned it. The store was crowded, and he was making a scene so everyone was looking at me..I will get over it, but it was so embarrassing I could feel the heat in my cheeks. BJ's motto should be "BJ's, where we will treat you like a criminal!" Will never go back... ever

We live on the other side of Atlanta, but our daughter hit a curb and blew out 2 of 4 the tires we had put on her car at the BJs close to home just 2 months ago. We took the tires off her car and brought them to the Marietta store to see how much it would be to replace the 2 and if we had to do all 4 since she has a Subaru (AWD). Jesse could see how stressed we were and explained that there was hardly any wear, so we only needed 2 and that it was covered by roadside. He totally could have ripped us off and didn’t. He made a terrible day a little bit better and earned customers for life.

Rude staff! I had an issue with the ATT reps in the store being rude and harassing me and my 8 year old son because I told them I wasn't interested. I complained to the manager on duty and she was supposed to get me the managers name at ATT but didn't. You ask for help from the manager and they could care less!

I ordered food for Easter dinner from BJs in Cumming Ga 2 weeks before Easter since we have been in quarantine due to the Covid 19 virus spending over $100 and when I went to cook it the $23.00 Spiral ham it was bad I contacted Bjs who said because I used insta cart they could not refund me the money back even though I had the package tag and proof on my phone that I ordered it from them and pictures of the bad ham because it was purchased by someone from Instacart. I contacted Instacart and they said because the 7 day time frame passed they could not refund me either! So in a time of a pandemic where people are loosing jobs and trying to feed their family these 2 huge companies would not stand behind the products they sell and service they provide and help their customers with a refund for obviously bad food, I will not use the Instacart service ever again and I will no longer shop at BJs or renew my Membership! Shame on you Both ... Consumers Beware

MORONS ORDERED 2 TV's to be delivered using their white glove option THERE IS NO WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY UPON RECEIVING THEIR PRODUCTS. They left the TV's on the porch on the steps without following the instructions for white glove delivery. Dropped them on the porch and sped off! What an a****** representation of their delivery.

For years I had a BJs membership card and this was my location. But since Costco came into town I haven't been out here as much. I think for the most part they offer really good deals on their items such as snacks, personal hygiene and even books. I've even used my card to get discounts on car rentals when I travel. You don't save a whole lot on travel but you do save some... Their office supplies such as highlighters, pens, photocopy paper, yellow pads and hand sanitizers are good deals for the home office. This location has a bakery but be aware it's a pretty big cake and its tons of baked goods so if you are in charge of bringing snacks for your kid's soccer team then this would be the place to go or Dunkin Donuts... My only complaint is of course the parking lot is always full and you have to drive around quite a bit to find a decent parking spot but it's not so bad...I probably could use the exercise...
