Just got a disgusting ad from these people. "Prices so low, you'll feel like you're stealing" with a photo of a man on the ground in a police hold. Thanks, but I found this extremely disturbing. This instant karma thing is old and you are adults with a business. And no, the nursery itself is nothing to write home about.

Had a horrific experience at Kelli Green Nursery this morning. Their customer service, once they got through their first rush, was so bad I left. That was after waiting very patiently for 35 minutes. Worked out to be a blooming blessing. Wow! Thank you Patrick for your help. Your knowledge was beyond expectation. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks after I get what I purchased settled in their new home. Thank you so much. After this morning's shocking experience ( as theyvare typically great) you turned my frown ?upside ?down ??????

February 2023 by Portia Dahl
What a bummer. I read online that they don’t ship their roses, so I drove all the way to their nursery to buy some. It was around Valentine’s Day, so there were about 10 each of maybe 20 different varieties of plants around, but they did have a full greenhouse full of newly potted, bare stem rose plants. I selected two and took them down to the register, where I was told that I could not purchase them for about five reasons. If you want to purchase roses from this company and not any other company online that sells them and will ship them to you, here’s how you go about it: The first week of February you will need to go online and place an order for the roses that will be ready for pick up at their location in April. Do not miss this short window of time, or two weeks later you will be not able to buy your roses as they will be sold out, unless there are some leftover from last year. Do not come early for these roses, or they will not sell them to you. Do not come to the nursery thinking that you will be able to buy roses from these people if it it before or after April. If you come in April they will be sold out (reject roses may be available), and if you come before April, the roses will be both sold out and not ready. They are open on Saturday, Tuesday, and Thursday to not return your call, so if you have any questions please go by there nursery anytime not before April or after April. I’m not sure if any of the other few plants are available for sale at that location or not, but I think I say a peach tree and some regular mondo grass they may part with if you beg. Good luck!Edited to reply: Eric, if this is the way you’ve been doing things for twenty years, what could I really say to suggest as help? I’d guess if you wanted to make it this hard to get those little rosebushes there would be a lock on the greenhouse, or a “not open to public” on a chain at the entrance. When you open up the pickup process in April, you could make the nursery like a Willy Wonka funhouse and the last one standing gets a bush for the road, if you think that would be more work.

Complete backyard makeover. From grass only to 75+ plants based upon an Autumn Hill Nursery design that we think is great. Two nurserymen work four days for this transformation. Eric Hill was here first thing each workday to ensure that we knew what was being done and to answer all questions. They came to us highly rated by neighbors and we were not disappointed.

A wonderful place with a wonderful and experienced team. We were there on many occasions deciding what would be best for certain areas of our front and backyard. They provided us with great insights and made sure we left happy each time we visited. Love our plants and looking forward to caring for them over the years. Thank you!

Our first experience here was wonderful. We just bought from Autumn Hill for the 2nd time and love their selection. I especially loved how they took time with my husband and I to let us know how to best care for the plants we purchased. We will definitely be back again and will recommend them every chance I get!

I have shopped and known Autumn Hill Nursery on Earny Road since their beginning and for many years after and I love them ! their prices , their customer service. I have never had a bad experience with them and wish I still lived close to them. Maybe a little drive is coming up soon for us to get us a japanese maple tree but, I bet I leave with much more then that!
