“Todd and the team have my undying gratitude and loyalty! Due to an oil change by a local quickie company my engine blew! I do mean blew! Of course their corporate office denied my claim and I was forced to pay for the new engine. This car was one of the last gifts my husband gave me prior to his death. It means the world to me! My family has used Todd and the crew before. I had my car towed to these wonderful people and they managed to replace the engine and a few other items destroyed by that local quickie oil change company. I just picked up my car and it is good as new! A couple of notes:
A) If you have an auto that you love go to an expert for an oil change!
B) If you have a German auto, please do yourself a favor and go to Bavarian Repair!

“Joey is awesome! I came by for new headlights and for the life of me could not get the old ones out, with one of them already being burnt out. It was already dark outside and driving at night is difficult for me on a good day so I very much wanted to swap them for the new ones in the parking lot to get home safe. I just physically couldn't get the old bulbs to move and Joey was so quick to offer to help me. He was able to get them swapped out in no time, was super nice and funny and helped me not feel silly for not being able to swap the bulbs out by myself. As a woman in an auto parts store I'm always wary of how employees will treat me, but Joey has been incredible every time I've ever come in, not just today. You have a great team member and a forever customer thanks to his fantastic help!”

“Came here the week before my wedding when my tire blew. I had gone to firestone who sold me a tire and then replaced the incorrect tire. I came to b and p afterwards in a panic and they had me taken care of, within my budget, in no time at all. They were also so kind. As a woman who has been taken advantage of by anything to do with cars multiple times, I highly recommend this shop!”

“I meant to post this a while back. These guys do fantastic work for a reasonable price and they deliver it on time. This is a family run business. I had some minor scratches / curb rash on passenger side front end of my car. Estimates were out of control. These guys repaired it in 2 days, matched the Miami Blue paint perfectly and did it for half the price. I highly recommend them.”

“We brought in our older van to fix a door that was jammed, something a shop down the road couldn't figure out in 7 business days.
After showing the problem, then leaving my keys with Jasper. I got a call 3 hours later of what was wrong and the work needed to fix it. It would take a 2 weeks to get the parts from Mazda (Mazda needs to do better). So I paid for the parts and brought her back 2 weeks later.
Took them maybe half a day and she was good as new. I've waited about a month to write this review to make sure there was no hidden issues.
I would like to say I appreciate Jasper's professionalism. His ability to keep me updated and informed without any fluff helped me feel like he had my family vehicle in his best interest. Quality body work and great customer service are the hallmark of this shop. We will only use y'all moving forward!

“I can't say enough good things about my experience at Advance Auto Parts in Woodstock, thanks to Ross! I found myself in a bit of a bind when my car battery died while I was out running errands with my dog. I quickly rushed into the store, and Ross was there to save the day!

“Juan did a great job, replacing the brake pads on my Lexus RX 350.He was meticulous by making sure all the brake components were cleaned and replaced to ensure maximum efficiency.
