My mother is too non-confrontaional to leave this message herself so I'm doing it for her. The sales manager here is pushy and annoying. He wouldn't let her look at the shoe he wanted and kept pushing the newest one. Which that I understand with him being a salesman. However, he also refused to get her a wide shoe, claiming that "all our toe boxes are wide". In addition to this she kept stating that she needed a 10 and a half, not a 10. He kept telling her that her foot fit properly in a 10, and refused to get the 10 and a half. She ended up buying the shoe anyway because they felt comfortable enough in the store but just a little tight. She took them home and wore them and after two weeks they are now very uncomfortable for her and cause a lot of pain due to her diabetes. She was in desperate need of new shoes and now she's wearing her 6 year old pair full of holes because it's too painful to wear her new 100 dollar pair shes stuck with because some sales manager was being a pushy know it all. I've always had a great experience here but after this you didn't just lose one customer but 4. My mother, myself and both of my brothers.

If you like the brand of ASICS, you will enjoy being here. I did. Surprisingly many people were buying all kinds of products No wonder they had a good sale. It was buy one shoes and get the second for 70% off. All the clearance shoes were already makes down price and get additional 40% off. I purchased one pair shoes, one running pants, and 4 shirts for about $130. I registered my email then received 10% off. It was a good shopping day! Only one store clerk there, but he was so knowledgeable and very helpful. I will stop by again.

This store had a great variety, helpful, and professional people. Imani helped me both times walking into the store. She made me feel comfortable, appreciated, and gave me a unique experience. She is such a beautiful person inside and out. I would 10/10 recommend connecting with Imani.

Always use a credit card or paypal if buying these garbage shoes because they will deny all claims and not honor their guarantee. Perhaps you can get those companies to help you with these horrible products.I have bought Asics shoes for 10 years, I have pairs that have lasted at least 9 years. In Feb 2023 I bought running shoes and on March 23, 2023, I bought a pair of walking shoes. The running shoes have been good. As have my older shoes. Within 2 weeks, the walking shoes were worn a total of 4 or 5 times for short walks on sidewalks. The padding in the heel on the left shoe has become detached and has ridden up to the top of the shoe. It presses against my tendon. I reached out to Asics support on 4/3 and told them of the problem. They immediately denied the claim, without even seeing the shoe. I asked for a supervisor and was told they would call back. I missed her calls as they came 4 days later and from a potential spam number. They refused to leave a call back number. I emailed warranty support and they blamed me for improper fit or not untying them. Even if that were true, how could a quality product be damaged that rapidly? Why didnt it impact any of my other pairs of shoes? Why are my running shoes fine? I asked for an additional review and they told me the claim is out of the warranty period. Their own site says I have 6 months. I emailed them back and they claimed it was my fault again.It's like they are going out of their way do deny a small claim. I just want a new shoe, a repair, or a refund. Im have the email chain and supporting pics.They are not BBB accredited and they have an F rating. There are many better show companies out there.

Current employees very bad for it's Brand!!! Zero care or customer service. One of the worst Brand Ambassadors I have experienced. Feel sorry Asics have to stoop down - to employ such bad riddled falsifying beings that in no way should represent the Asics Sports Brand. Today I reconsider my loyalty to Asics and it's fallible business practice I have experienced today which left me in utter disgust!! No longer will I refer anyone to this Outlet or it's Brand!!! Go kick rocks ....

Great experience here! Matt showed me the kind of sneakers I need for my feet and the correct way to lace them. Excellent customer service and I love my new shoes. First time buying Asics and I got 2 pairs.

Had a podiatrist tell me to wear extra wide ASICS. Went to the store and tried on a few pairs. Excellent selection of available shoe choices and sizes. Thanks to the knowledgeable associates, I now have the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. Thanks ASICS outlet!!!
