I had the best service from Brandon. He assisted me 5 times with getting directions to the store. Then when I got lost met me for assistance and ensured that I was able to pick up my order. He was friendly and informative and I will definitely be returning based off his customer service alone.snd my nephew loves his new sneakers

Brandon was so resourceful and helpful at assisting me look around the store!! We need more store associates like Brandon, who’s knowledge but can also have a normal conversation while helping you find your new pair of shoes or about a recommend anime show !!

My mother is too non-confrontaional to leave this message herself so I'm doing it for her. The sales manager here is pushy and annoying. He wouldn't let her look at the shoe he wanted and kept pushing the newest one. Which that I understand with him being a salesman. However, he also refused to get her a wide shoe, claiming that "all our toe boxes are wide". In addition to this she kept stating that she needed a 10 and a half, not a 10. He kept telling her that her foot fit properly in a 10, and refused to get the 10 and a half. She ended up buying the shoe anyway because they felt comfortable enough in the store but just a little tight. She took them home and wore them and after two weeks they are now very uncomfortable for her and cause a lot of pain due to her diabetes. She was in desperate need of new shoes and now she's wearing her 6 year old pair full of holes because it's too painful to wear her new 100 dollar pair shes stuck with because some sales manager was being a pushy know it all. I've always had a great experience here but after this you didn't just lose one customer but 4. My mother, myself and both of my brothers.

Great prices. We bought running shoes for my son and my wife and paid less than what I paid for my Asics running shoes in Germany. The advice was also great.

Current employees very bad for it's Brand!!! Zero care or customer service. One of the worst Brand Ambassadors I have experienced. Feel sorry Asics have to stoop down - to employ such bad riddled falsifying beings that in no way should represent the Asics Sports Brand. Today I reconsider my loyalty to Asics and it's fallible business practice I have experienced today which left me in utter disgust!! No longer will I refer anyone to this Outlet or it's Brand!!! Go kick rocks ....
