Get your fresh coconut kefir and raw cow and or goat milk here. Try their own grape water kefir and cultured veggies or chia pudding! Love this place!

This place is amazing! Everything is handcrafted, healthy, and delicious! Their fermented pickles and fermented carrots are a must (don’t forget to grab some kombucha or water kefir to wash it all down!). I lived in Austria for 2 years and Ancient Awakenings makes some of the best sauerkraut I’ve ever had! In fact if you visit on the right day, you can experience the magic of their fermentation process for yourself! I also get my super greens drink mix and all natural preworkout from there because Ancient Awakenings prices are better than the any grocery store or vitamin shop.

I love their coconut kefir I buy ground dog meat to add to my pup's bowl, bought raw meat of water buffalo I have never tried before. They always have something natural no-one else have. You can buy essential oils, soaps, colloidal silver, probiotics and probiotic foods, Manuka honey, you name it, they have it.

They make their own Kefir and cultured veggies here and they are fantastic!! Good for your gut! Also you can get fresh eggs and meats as well. Highly recommend ?

I love the place where I can find raw milk. They cary varieties if healthy foods . Also the people there are so very nice and helpful!
