VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I needed a letter notorized for my mother's estate. Chase Bank was closed due to the nationwide internet problems.
After saying they could notorize the letter I was then told they told me that service was only available for thier customers. No consideration for my mother passing away. No consideration for being 1,000 miles from home.
I could have e paid for the service.
I WOULD ENCOURAGE ALL TO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BANK.

Ameris is a wonderful bank, filled with positive energy and customer care. Jose and Alexandria took extra good care of me and were an absolute joy to interact with. I can recommend Ameris til the sun goes down and still I will have more energy to recommend them again.

I have to disagree with the person who rated this bank so poorly! They have kept the same personnel at this branch, despite changing brands. They are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to do what they can to give their customers a great experience! Rarely, has the website been down.

Everything looks very good I haven’t had a chance to open up the letter that Angie sent me yet but I did go online on the app and it looks like everything was done exactly as I wished. Very high marks five star. I’ve Had nothing but great experience with Angie, Debbie and the staff at the Highway 92/575 Woodstock branch.
