This was the best americas best I’ve been to in 10 years! From the moment I walked in to the second I left the parking lot, everyone in there made the experience a 10/10. Shoutout to Fabian, Victoria, and Dr. Patel for really making the experience personal.

Just had an awesome experience at America’s Best! ? The manager there was super chill and really knew their stuff. I scored a killer deal on my new glasses—like, way better than I expected! The whole vibe in the store was great, and the staff was friendly and fun to chat with. If you’re on the hunt for some stylish frames without breaking the bank, definitely check this place out. Highly recommend! ??

Absolutely the worst !!! They try to upsell you on everything!!!!! I purchased their eye care club package, called at the one year mark they pushed my appointment out one day and told me sorry it’s full price your account expired yesterday !!!! It is all about the money and nothing else. Will not return.
After reading the reviews the store actually has an employee reach out very condescendingly about leaving them a negative review “because after all he fixed the situation”. When will businesses learn that bullying patients will get them no where fast.

I drove from over 30 minutes away in the pouring down rain and was 4 minutes late to my appointment and they said they had to cancel. They said the doctor already went on lunch. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location and I am already having such a hard time with driving at night…

Best value in town for pricing and quality in town. I saved hundreds going here vs other companies and big box locations in Woodstock. Customer service is solid. Usually fast service but I did find them to be really busy during a peak time once and there was some waiting.
Eye doctor has the most appointment time slots in town.
Eye glasses arrived in a week but my prescription sunglasses took two weeks

Dr. Wattington (I think I got her name right) made me feel unwelcome during my entire exam. During said exam she made many offhanded comments towards my previous eye doctor who served my family for over 30 years then she gave me a new prescription. She then promised she'd give me a tester set of contacts but didn't and when I finally ordered the contacts they were the wrong prescription. She is now refusing to fix the issue despite the fact that it was HER mistake. I can appreciate that there may be rules in place that prevent that but on top of her unprofessional conduct I will not return and am absolutely dumbfounded that this is the quality of "care" that America's Best thinks is acceptable.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received. The woman with brown hair at the front desk was extremely rude and standoffish, displaying behavior that was highly unprofessional. Its unlikely I will continue doing business here.
