Nice outlet store. Had a decent sale on shoes. I placed an online order and pick up in store. Store was clean and wasn't a long wait to pick up my online. Shipping was quick. Enjoyed my online and pick up in store experience. I'd order again.

As a reseller, I found the selection and price to quite amazing. As I was about to purchase, I was told that Adidas doesn't take Sales and Use Tax Certificates on bulk sales. They insisted that no place does despite my usual outlet regularly doing so. First place I have ever been that rejected the state supplied cert.

Brotherly Brands (Adidas and Puma) next to each other at Outlet Mall. Unlike Puma, Adidas offers a lot of choices in shoes. Could be due to bigger space.Well organized and easy to find what you may be looking for. When crowded during holiday seasons you may feel space crunch.One word of advice: before you leave billing counters, please ensure RFID Tags attached to merchandise are removed, I saw 3 cases of billed items ringing alarm. This may delay your billing.Watch out for offers and ask if needed.

1 star just because I was able to buy 2 shoes for $63. Other than that I would give this 1 star simply because of an experience I had with Edwin. I was bent over putting on a shoe in front of a bench that my boyfriend was sitting on probably with less than a foot in between us and Edwin decided to not say excuse me and walk straight through myself and my boyfriend. He actually brushed my head as he walked by. He was completely unfazed until my boyfriend said something to him. He proceeded to act like it’s normal to walk through people like that and did not apologize. If I did not need these shoes for work I would have walked out the store. I got his name from the cashier and I will be calling corporate to complain about him. Terrible customer service and Adidas should not employ him to represent the company.

Literally just left this store. The employees are a bit weird; they stand there and socialize while watching you. I’m assuming they’re either underpaid or just not trained properly, but will never go back or recommend. I felt very uncomfortable to the point where I didn’t want to ask for help for an item.

Scammy place. Make sure you watch when they ring you up. Sign also says take additional 50% off the entire store, but they didn't take 50% off some things... Also tried charging me like 20% of taxes before I called them out.

Staff is helpful and store is always fully stocked. If you're unable to find item/sizes in store, the staff is willing to go the extra mile to help.

Felt extremely unwelcome. Entire staff looked up and groaned when I walked in, they close in 1.5 hours but acted like they were already closed.

Not enough size choices in the items they have on displays. Employees standing around talking and evidently from facial expressions prefer not to be bothered.
