I had many doubts? But from the day I called, they were super friendly, with the joy that Mr. Sebastian, who also speaks Spanish, attended to me!! .. he was super kind, and all his guidance was useful!! Today I am part of the oneguard self storage family...which, in addition to having it close by, is spacious, easy to access, I have my username and without complications...very grateful Mr. Sebastian for your patience...I know that my work schedule is complicated and Whenever I was able to call in just 5 minutes... I oriented myself with what I wanted, always favoring my expectations... which were obviously met... grace.

Probably the easiest sign up experience I've dealt with. Safe, secure, and well protected. Everything is automated and it is very easy access to your unit

I spent a lot of time searching for the right storage facility for a short term rental. Although OneGuard wasn't the closest to me, nor were they the least expensive, they had the best overall reviews, fair prices and the icing on the cake....spectacular customer service! Initially I had laid out a tape measure at home and thought I had picked out the size that would work for me. Upon arrival I realized it was too small. I called their customer service number and explained my dilemma to Trish. She stayed on the phone with me patiently waiting while I looked at other size units and I'm in my 60's so I definitely do not move as fast as I used to. Trish continued to be patient and kept reassuring me it was ok. I felt horrible that I didn't get the size right the first time and it certainly wasn't anything to do with OneGuard, but that was not a problem for them and they quickly had me transferred over to a larger unit.
Moving is stressful enough so it's nice when you find a company that can work with you during this stressful time.
My father used to tell me way back in the day that when one looks at just the monetary cost of something they are turning a blind eye to all the other assets offered, or not. He never looked at just the cost financially and he would say the company that goes over and above to make a customer happy will always be your "cheapest" route because it's priceless. He ran his business with that theory, very successfully I might add, up until he passed.
I say all of that to say although these days I see horrible customer service more and more and more, sad actually, but I am happy to say OneGuard is not in that category....making my experience priceless, as my dad would have said.

This place used to be great. Once it was bought out it hasn't been the same. Now have a rodent problem in my unit. Price has gone up too much as well.

We’ve had very good treatment by your company during the few month’s we needed it; it was used for my mom’s furniture when she was moved to a memory care place. She passed away 5/6. Thank you very much for the great service.

I looked at a few different storage facilities before I rented from OneGuard. The manager was really helpful, easy to use website as well, and facility appears to be well maintained. Easy to get to as well. I’m happy with OneGuard and would recommend.

Spoke with the manager and she was fantastic. I appreciated the time she took to answer all my questions and the individual attention given. Renting the unit was very easy. Unit was clean, dry and easy to access! I did not want a location with an elevator like many of these other facilities. Will refer friends and family for sure!

Just rented a unit from here. I’ve rented storage many times in the past but the folks here really run a fantastic operation. Made life easy for me. I think they have new management, those guys rock!!
