We had the best service ever! We had a bit of an emergency with our door handle not working. Mike helped us immediately and problem solved with 20 minutes! This will be on our list of best body shops! #1.Other shops couldn’t get us in and were extremely pricey. The price here was more than reasonable!

Got into an accident I could not even find a body shop who was willing to help. A1 body shop, not only accepted my vehicle, but they were so responsive, so professional and exceeded all my expectations. They worked with my insurance company and got my repair done quickly and seamlessly. they manager the process from start to finish and kept me updated every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about this business. John and his crew are simply amazing. My car was fixed like brand new, and they took all the time to ensure every detail was spot on. I would never go to any other body shop. Highly recommend. If you need bodywork, this is the only place to go.

Needed help with attaching my new license plate. Jason dropped what he was doing and installed it for me. When I asked what I owed, he wouldn't accept anything, just wished me a Merry Christmas. Would highly recommend.

I see I am in the minority with this review. We had a frame work that needed to get done after a single car accident to a 22 year old car. This place was recommended by tires plus. First, the shop took a week to look at it, then he was trying to find a part, then he had staffing issues due to illnesses. In the pandemic world, these are all things I can understand. There were two things that really bothered me though. He never called me once, I had to constantly call to get updates and he ultimately towed the car to another body shop without asking me to get the job done and then charged me the tow fee. The car sat there for a month without any work being done on it. In the end, where he towed it to got the job done in two weeks time. In fairness, the owner was nice every time I called and everything he told me ended up being true at the other body shop.Service: Body & Trim

A-1 is just plain awesome. They do terrific work and don't do more than is necessary costing additional money. I have been using them for well over 10 years. My wife had someone hit and run her Silverado. I got 3 quotes and A-1 did the best job for the best pricing and did a terrific job describing the work that was going to be performed and felt they could fix the panel without having to replace it. They did a terrific job. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing place! They were very helpful when someone rear-ended my brand new car really badly. They got the job done in half a month! And my car looks good as new! I’m very impressed!!!! And afterwards they said if I need anything to just contact them. My dad needed his car touched up in a lot of rusty areas and they did it for free for him keeping their promise that they’re always here for my family and I. Thank you so much!!!!!
