Randy is absolutely the face of A & D tire and has been for years. He does most of the work along with Jeremiah, yet gets treated extremely poorly. He is riding in a service truck with no air conditioning in Florida and he has major heart issues. He has no AC in his truck and this has been for months since the truck has been purchased. Major heart surgery and the owner knows this because it is his SON!!!!!!!
Unbelievable!!!! So disappointed & disgusted!!!!!!

The guy showed up here after road call within 15 min as promised and patched my tire on the semi literally within minutes. Saved my load too.

Great customer service on the phone was given a ETA for a road call and the tech showed up much earlier than that had me fixed up quick and back on the road

Great customer service for your dollar. They get you back up and running most time in just a few minutes. Randy, Cody and the Old man really give you great customer service.. Great service for the professional driver needing to get back on the road.
