I have received mail they put it on the ground my puppy destroyed please put it in safe place put it at the mailbox I been losing my mail please put it in the mailbox thank you

I love the USPS. Been using them for over 50 years and they've only lost 1 package and they made good on that, as it carried insurance, so they're my default choice.

Hello, I use this postal service very often and each time I use I have a bad experience. I would not have gave it a star at all if I had the option. I was told that they could not locate my tracking number even though I had my receipt. I am more than positive that they could have helped me out with a different route but because they were ready to go home they said and I quote “there is nothing we can do because you did not have a tracking number”. Unprofessional, I run a business where I can not afford to at least know where my package is. I totally understand that everyone wants to be home with their families but you are getting paid to do a job all the way up till it is time for you to leave. I will be reaching out to corporate because I just want to know where the package is, it’s not even about the money. I have clients that rely on good service.
