“I have had an excellent experience with arnoldsville storage because of the level of service Kim provides. Any issues I’ve ever had were expeditiously and effectively resolved. When my card on file was expiring, I received a phone call to let me know. Any questions I had were always answered in a timely manner. Everything was explained up front thoroughly. Communicating with and working with Arnoldsville storage is a breeze. The units themselves were clean at move in. I will say that dust and dirt do circulate in the non-climate controlled units and would recommend covering your things with plastic drop cloths or some kind of barrier to those elements if you want to save yourself some time cleaning your things when you move out. Overall great experience. Thanks Kim!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience, and highly recommend. Our closest rental spots didn’t have the equipment we were looking for (9’ cargo van) so we tried this location, and it was by far the best U-haul experience we have had. They have everything: every size you can think of, tons of packing supplies, storage facilities, two bays for hitch installs. We received great, attentive service (even making sure we’d meant to buy a furniture pad when we were renting others). The van itself was clean, well maintained (my kid noted that the Freon in the A/C had to be fairly fresh as the A/C was walk-in cooler cold, a blessing in the August Athens heat!), and best of all, priced appropriately. We weren’t sure how many trips we’d need, but the owner/manager (sorry, we weren’t sure) gave us the best deal for mileage at my high estimate, and it was dropped back down to the actual use soon after drop-off.”

“EAST ATHENS PERSONAL STORAGE is a clean and spacious facility.They will assist you any way they can. They also show appreciation for you choosing their business!!! I had to edit my review I rented well over a year and at one point I had two units.We do have to play a part in keeping the units clean.I never seen any creepy crawlers in or outside of my units.”
