“I love this post office for its location, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly personnel. Other PO’s do not measure up: long lines and wait time; unfriendly and discourteous service, lack of materials on hand, lack of available parking. The Watkinsville PO is a necessity in our area and needs to stay in place. The idea of making postal delivery people pick up and drop off at Olympic Drive is not only unrealistic it is ludicrous - resulting in chaos and late deliveries. The USPS continues to demand more money while lessening services. Leave Watkinsville PO where it is.”

“I’ve been to multiple postal services & overall this one is the best near my area.The two guys can handle it out there even with grumpy people infront of me when it’s my turn they always welcome me nicely & chat well with me! Takes discipline & work rate to keep up the stress & work from constant conversations,etc.. Props to this office ?”

“I shipped some handmade toys to a friend through this location. Soon as I walked in someone came from around back to help me, weigh my package, rang up the shipping total and the package was received within 3 days.”
“I’m SO thankful for these employees here. I had to return a package to fabletics this last Friday and I was in a rush to get back to work and didn’t realize I left my wallet IN the box until i needed it and that was the last place I went. I call Saturday to the customer service as the local post office is closed and the manager on the phone tells me to go to the employee entrance and find an employee and beg them to find the package. As uncomfortable as I was doing that, I knew I needed my wallet back. So I did it. Manager came out and wrote my number, name and tracking number down and told me they’ll call me when they find it. Unfortunately I had a trip to take for Christmas and couldn’t go cause my license was in there but yesterday while I was at work, Tabitha called me and said they have my wallet! So I immediately go there and get it. I really appreciate the effort they took and having to stop their normal process to find the box and open the package. Thank you guys very much! And I appreciate yall not making me feel stupid as this was super embarrassing ?”
