EAST ATHENS PERSONAL STORAGE is a clean and spacious facility.They will assist you any way they can. They also show appreciation for you choosing their business!!! I had to edit my review I rented well over a year and at one point I had two units.We do have to play a part in keeping the units clean.I never seen any creepy crawlers in or outside of my units.

The storage units are outside and rodents get in and much of my items have been destroyed. I have lost a great deal of money without redressed.

We utilized East Athens Personal Storage during a life transition and couldn't be happier...everything the Owners have on their on the web-site is SPOT-ON! Multiple unit sizes, fully paved egress, on-line acct management, all backed up with honest, straight forward customer service!

I work for a property management company. We were building new condo's and of course the building did not get finished in time. We had 1 resident moving from California who needed storage because her condo was not finished. They worked with us for having such a sort term rental (only a few weeks). When the moving truck showed up at 10pm at night the OWNER actually came up to the storage unit to make sure everything was going ok and if there were any problems he could address for us. AMAZING!!

Soooo when your new customers cannot access your facility while the moving truck is loaded and the moving crew is on the clock—- you have officially lost said customer!!!! Also your current customer being rude and not helping out just saying maybe it’s broke and driving off as we requested her to try her code... and even more salt in the wound we are without any emergency phone contact info—- we will be coming for our FULL refund and compensation of time/extra moving related fees on Monday (or whenever we can get ahold of anyone) — terrible experience and terrible execution of “services” with today’s technology capabilities

Just picked up my stuff that has been here for 2 years in storage. Everything was just as I left it. I am not sure where the previous person who commented stuff was but I didn't see any signs of roaches or rats. Of course I always put my own stuff out also, just a precaution. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Horrible! Infested with mice, rats and cockroaches. Mice in my mattresses. Entire unit covered in mice and rat droppings. Vaccum cleaner, furniture and several boxes chewed threw. Roaches coming out of my beautiful Haverty's sofa. Rat and mouse urin stains on several things. Said they spend $1,000 of dollars treating for it but with the amount of damage and loss just in my unit there is no way. Do not store your possessions here unless you want it ruined. Devastating!!!!!!
