We have used this storage since 2018 and everything has been awesome. Only problem recently we had a scary experience going to our unit and got chased down the road and they wanted to know where we lived and (almost made us have a wreck)by another storage customer because he thought we was someone else trying to break into his unit. We haven't been back yet , because we are afraid and mostly my KIDS because they were with us when this happened! So just be aware of your surroundings.

Rich was an awesome help for unhooking our car from the dolly, promptly replying when messaged, and helping us return our truck after hours. He was very pleasant and I look forward to doing business with him again if I need to move or store items.

If you don't care about not getting a month of storage free with rental, insurance through uhaul, and climate control then a good match. The owner is a down to earth good guy.

The guy is lazy and loses my checks all the time. Then finds them and cashes them and overdrafts my acct. Has a rude attitude. The office smells really bad. Turns my stomach so I just put my payment n the drop box.

Great customer service and friendly environment. Our company has been using Assure Mini Storage for over a year and I can't complain at all . Our belongings are safe and well watched over !!! UHUAL pick up and drop off made EASY also !
