Is the worst costumer service that I ever deal. Is so very annoying to cancel any account with them even the autopays. They charge an extra fee if you want to cancel the service. One star is to much for this gym. Poor costumer service and rude actitud by them when you want to cancel the a membership.

Been going to this gym 6 years with my one son got a family plan had my wife and 3 other kids on it on and off tried getting her back on and was told it don't exist and I'd have to pay just for her what I pay for me and my son. This is not what I was told when I signed up and my price would be locked in. The past year staff has been cut in half and hours changed water fountian was shut off for 2 weeks at least massage machines broken for 2 months odds and ends of equipment broken or missing clips to attach bars one day no staff looked like someone walked threw mud tracked it threw out the whole locker room staff used to be friendly and helpful you could walk in and sign in now you have to use your key that don't work half the time to get in when you ask for another key you get told are you sure your using it right there is a charge for a key that you had for 3 I can keep venting but no one is going to care or listen

ive been a member 6 years me and my one son my wife and 3 0ther kids on and off been on a family plan wanted to add my wife back on it and was told it was no longer available i would have to pay what i pay for both me and my son a month to get her a membership guess this is why the staff has been cut in half there was no drinking water for 2 weeks available massage machine was also down 3 months parts missing off machines the reason they will not honor my existing membership family plan is because some one with a family plan let a bunch of people in and trashed the place i was told but i was told at sign up i can add remove people any time i wanted just saying no grand father clause seriously yet i still get the same price locked in i dont get it one bit not very happy with upper management

I go/went to this gym five days a week. It's small but still had all the equipment for a full body workout. Sadly I am leaving the gym and going to the YMCA not due to the gym or staff but I have kids and the Y has the pool and other things they can use and I don't want to pay for memberships at two different places. I read some of the negative reviews and I think some people just can't be pleased.

Well it’s been over a week since I wrote an email about my concerns with my gym and nothing has been done. I haven’t even received an email back saying they will address them.I’d like to start out with saying I’ve been a loyal member of this gym for almost 6yrs and I love this gym. First the cleanliness of the gym has gone down hill. The water fountain constantly has mold in it that I have to wipe out to be able to drink the water. The shower curtains also have mold on them. The mirrors are nasty all the time especially the ones by the squat racks. I even mentioned this to one of the workers at the desk once. She said “oh yeah I’ll clean it.” She didn’t move and the next morning they were still just as nasty. One of the benching bars is visibly bent and hasn’t been replaced. The piece of equipment to do reverse abs on was broke and taken away. But it was never replaced. I also typically workout at 4:30am in the gym. I’ve come in and it’s 30 degrees outside and the heat in the gym isn’t on and it’s freezing in the gym. Then you look at the thermostat and it’s still set to cool. So that tells me the heat isn’t even going to run while I’m there and I’ll be freezing the whole workout. Then we get to the more personal level. I had an issue with someone literally stalking me at the gym. I messaged the gym on Facebook and told them about the issue. Asked if we could put signs back up that said not to let none members in since this person was sneaking in behind people. I got told they couldn’t do anything at all to help. Then today 12/15/2023 I got told by the lady running the front desk that I was out of dress code and that I needed to put a shirt on. I was wearing leggings and a sports bra. I asked where the dress code is posted or where is this rule. She shrugged and said my manager saw you on the camera and said you need to put a shirt on. No where in the gym are there dress code rules or on the website. I felt as if I was being body shamed by an employee and a place that is supposed to be a safe and caring environment. Fast forward to today 12/23/2023 I come to the gym this morning and there is a dress code sign. But we still have mold on the shower curtains the mirrors are still nasty and so is the water fountains. So we are more worried about what people wear than making sure they are safe in the gym.

paid extra to get to lay in tanning beds and water bed spa and their has not been anyone there to set the beds so we can use them and or broken and this has been for 6 months or more on one of the hydro beds too. Definitely not a clean environment either. The one in Canton though is very nice as well as clean and even offers spa.

I have been working out at this gym for 7-8 years now and I find the equipment to be everything I need to strengthen my entire body. The gym is clean most of the time, there will always be some members that will show little respect for keeping it that way but that is true with most gyms. The staff changes hands often which can be expected but they are always helpful. The managers are very hands on and have been very helpful with maintaining the gym. Some tvs’s seem to be down for a long time, but like everything after Covid it takes time to get things done. Have been working out for many years at numerous gyms and this one is like my second home.

I’m going to give them 5 stars. Things get broken at this gym it seems like I’m the late night hours. When I go in there to workout I’ve seen damage done by customers. I don’t blame them not replacing the TVs because of how people treat this place. Its disappointing that people are careless. I’ve seen margaritas mix on the floor in the bathrooms. Someone tagged the bathroom doors. My honest opinion I wouldn’t keep it open at night. That’s when the idiots go to wreak havoc. If this keeps going like this i would hate to see this place close. I love this gym though. It’s convenient near my house. Never over crowded. Everything always works but the customers at night don’t care. I keep cleaning up after people. Picking up weights on the floor. Dirty tissue hear and there. I hope this all gets resolved. I will keep going cause I love this place

Recently canceled my membership after years of being a member. I got tired of the multiple broken TVs never being fixed for years of working out there, staring at a blank screen while working out, you can feel the awkwardness between people in between reps lol. (The TVs were a good distraction after a set.) I just got tired of that and it’s overall lack of cleanliness. It was just time to move on. It’s a shame it is not well maintained because otherwise it’s a very convenient location but I’m willing to drive farther to another gym that I know the $$$ is being put to good use in the facility and it is routinely maintained and broken things are fixed and not lingering for years.In response to the owner saying they can’t find me in their system: you can see my picture is right there on the Google review, look at that. You’ve seen me, I’ve been going there for YEARS- update your system. My Google account is my MIDDLE NAME not my gym membership that has my first name. And the fact that that’s your response!???? You can’t find me in your system is your response to my review? Okay. I’m so glad I canceled now. Wow.

Reasons why you shouldn't go to this gym 1. No airflow/only one fan is on in cardio section and it's on low. There is no airflow as the AC is rarely on and there is never a breeze and if it IS on its 75 to 78 degrees. It's never a cold breeze. The air is musty, dusty and stagnant. 2. It smells terrible. Thanks to the moldy stagnant air. 3. The air vents are caked with dust. Hence, no air flow. 4. It is extremely HOT and humid in there. Makes your workout insufferable. 5. The two flatscreens over the dumbbell rack have been broken for over 2 years. Flatscreens are cheap these days. With every member paying their monthly dues, you'd think they'd simply replace the two tvs. Makes it very awkward in between sets just looking at broken black tvs. 6. Overall it is a dirty gym. You can tell nothing has EVER been deep cleaned. The equipment has never been wiped down in detail-in between. The dumbbell rack is disgusting. Use warm soapy water or a cleaner and clean the dust and dried sweat from the front/bottom of the treadmills. Clean the legs of every machine. I will say the young lady who works there does a fantastic job cleaning the bathrooms and vacuuming. Other than that you can tell the owners do not update/upgrade or deep clean anything. The owners simply do not care about the sanitary upkeep of this gym and it shows. At least get some decent fresh airflow in there at the bare minimum. Also, it doesn't matter what the owners decide to say in response to this. Everything I said is true. You can't deny the obvious neglect of this gym. Go there yourself and workout and you will see how disgusting and hot it is.

The gym is fine and all the equipment works. BEWARE!!! I started my membership in 2019 and when 2020 came, accompanied by the pandemic, they charged me for the entire year and did not offer me a refund or any sort of compensation. In 2022, I tried to cancel my membership and went up to the gym multiple times during normal work hours (9-5) and no one was ever there. I called on multiple occasions and no one ever answered. I called my bank and cancelled my card payments. Last month I received a letter from a collection agency!! They have NERVE!!! You owe me money from 2020 and I will definitely be disputing this!
