I got my beautiful dining for a great price!
Update the set never got delivered due to it being out of stock…the owner hounded me about it being delivered asap so they can get their money but i assured him that i work out of town and didn’t have much time throughout the week since they don’t deliver on weekends. We argued on the phone until we agreed on a date. I texted him the day before that agreed date to confirm and he hadn’t set up delivery but assured me it would come the next day. I had to take off from work or try to have someone in the home and he called me after 1pm and said it wasn’t in stock in which he knew that the day before when he scheduled delivery. This experience was the worse and i will not be patronizing or recommending furthermore.

I purchased a sofa, loveseat and recliner set with a warranty from EJ. When I took the furniture out of the box, the attachment brackets for the sofa back doesn’t match up. One side of the back is attached and the other side is not attached. The warranty denied the claim and told me to reach out to the store. I called EJ and told him what the warranty company said about denying the claim and for me to contact the store. EJ’s reply is: that’s why I tell the customer to let us set up and that I (the customer) will have to find someone to make the metal brackets come closer so that the other side will attach. I really like this set, because no one is going to repair the sofa I told EJ that I will return it. I will never shop at Winder Mattress Outlet Again! EJ is the worst salesman I’ve ever dealt with all of my life. He’s all about money.

We needed more seating before Christmas. Seen this place online. We wanted a sectional then seena leather set he had and we went down and talk to EJ..he talked us into the 3 piece suit so we got it..put money down and financed the rest..the furniture showed up and the love seat had a nice size hole in the side..not to mention the delivery guys were late as hell and then threw the stuff off the truck in boxes..well I reported the tear immediately to him in emails and pictures..well he wanted me to use our insurance policy on it but they said that was a delivery damage and that was a manufacturer deal..well when I do get them to answer the phone he always says they haven't heard anything from the manufacturer..hes fixin to get some good ol countryism

Don't buy anything from these people. They will scam you out of your money. He makes up numbers and when you ask for a breakdown he can't give you any because he's playing you. We went in to buy a mattress and boxspring and he quoted us $600+ for both. We paid $200 upfront and then ended up financing the rest. Please explain how our finance amount is almost $600???? HES A SCAMMER. You're better off going somewhere else. DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH HIM YOU WILL REGRET IT. He's overly pushy and tries to confuse you with his word play and in the end he'd have swindled you out of your money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. He won't even give you an exact delivery date because 9× out of 10 he's playing you!!!!!!! ????????
To your reply, No. I will not remove this review. It has nothing to do with the finance company don't try to be smart. You put in the finance amount to be paid to you. And you clearly lied. You didn't account for the cash we paid you because that part didn't go on paper. You played us and you know exactly what you did. You're a swindler. I hope everyone sees this review!!

I know it doesn't take two weeks for a bed to get delivered. Still waiting for my bed to get delivered. They have been giving me the runaround. At first it was Wednesday, then Friday or Monday. I waited til Friday and Monday, still no bed. Like how long does a customer have to wait for a bed? Called this store to ask where the delivery was. Told me I have to wait another week. Really? They won't let me get my refund back either. Kept on pushy about saying they will deliver. If my bed doesn't get here by this week. I'm reporting this business to the better business bureau!
