Patricia (teller)is the most nicest person ever!! Her smile is so genuine. She addressed me in such a courteous manner. She was very professional in assisting me with my banking needs. If I ever need a bank, because of Patricia, I would choose Wells Fargo. Thank you Patricia. ?

Bad service! First they told me that they do not need an appointment to add a new account. I arrive before 4 and they tell me that I have to make an appointment. and the banker is still in a bad mood!

What a pity I changed banks, the truth is that here they only steal money I made like 2 or 3 complaints and I said that if I did it they would only take away my donor what a pity the truth is I work for them to take my money ?

Came today at 4:10 to open a new account and deposit over $100,000! They locked the front door and several customers were outside knocking on the door confused because there was not a sign BUT you could see several bank tellers hanging out and laughing at the customers knocking. Needless to say I will not be switching banks.

My encounters with all staff has been prompt, courteous, and to the point - precisely what I want from a bank. A small sized building also helps as they can readily recognize your presence.My experience with Sandi W. was particularly great. She explained every step and went above and beyond my needs - thank you.

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I always have some issue when I come to this location. Makes me want to close my account with them. Waited over an hour & was looked over multiple times. Never coming back.
