Horrible in the way you expect Walmart to be horrible but this store is EXTRA bad. Every interaction whether it be by phone or in person is terrible and never get the assistance I’m looking for. Mediocrity at its finest there at Winder Walmart

One of the WORST stores ever. The managers turn over quicker than a cement truck. No training. Lazy staff. Poor store maintenance. There are never any handicap carts. I see teens and kids on them. Half are dead and just moved aside. Regular buggies are rarely collected. When I asked four store employees to help me secure a handicap cart, one gave a cart to someone who walked in 10 minutes after me, one told me the manager was too busy to speak to customers and two told me to go look in the parking lot. I left. This store is constantly terrible. Five years. No improvements. One year at Christmas I went to buy a tree and was told they were sold out. The department supervisor was standing next to a display that had four of them.

I hate writing reviews, especially negative ones, but sometimes you have to address issues directly. Today, I went into Walmart to pick up a few things, including a plastic water bottle priced at a dollar. When I reached the self-checkout, I noticed there was no sticker on the water bottle.
The cashier, whose name was Susan, asked me where the sticker was. I told her there was no sticker on it, but it was priced at a dollar. She acknowledged this but said she couldn’t verify the price herself and asked if there was anyone who could help. I asked if she could find someone to check the price for me, but she refused, saying there was nothing she could do. She suggested I either put the bottle back and leave or talk to a manager.
I was taken aback by her unhelpful attitude, especially since I saw her being friendly and helpful with other customers nearby. It felt like she didn’t want to assist me at all. Fortunately, a kind employee at the customer service area informed me he would let the manager know about the issue and he was also able to help me as well thank you to him.
I felt compelled to write this review because this kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated, especially at self-checkout where customers are doing most of the work themselves. Susan's attitude changed abruptly when I mentioned the missing sticker, and she refused to help me further. This is unacceptable, and I hope it doesn’t happen to other customers.
