“We just purchased a new vehicle from Akins Ford and it was hands-down the best and easiest car purchase we have ever made. Jessica was helpful, personable, well-informed, and at no point did I feel like I was being pressured to buy anything. She laid out the features of each of the vehicles we wanted to see in a factual way, not trying to push us into features we didn't really want. I feel like she just wanted to match us with the vehicle we both wanted and could afford, which was both refreshing and much appreciated.
We arrived on the lot fairly late in the day as we thought we were going to test drive only and make a decision later in the week, but we were so impressed by the vehicle that we pulled the trigger, and Jessica as well as the very friendly man who did all the paperwork stayed late to close the sale so we could take the car home that evening. I will be recommending Akins Ford and Jessica in particular to all my friends, and especially to my female friends. This is how car buying should be.”
