“Today I received the BEST HANDS DOWN customer service from their tow driver Travis. I went to grocery store checked out realizing I couldn’t find my keys. I called Geico and they sent out Travis. Folks he was at my car in 10 minutes from time Geico dispatched them! He opened my car I was still unable to find keys. Realizing my keys had vanished lol I had to call Geico back to tow my car to dealership to have my key made. Guess what! He came back fast with 15 minutes to then tow my car. “I had a little issue with my car not wanting to start, so I had to call for a tow and take it to a mechanic. Let me tell you, the tow truck driver who came to my rescue was an absolute gem! From answering the phone , They were incredibly helpful and friendly. This actually marks the second time I've relied on their assistance, and I can't recommend them enough!”
