Called Sat at lunch looking for a tire. He had one and said I could come right away. Only waited about 5 minutes before they started on my carveven though they were working on several other cars. Was there 20 minutes total. Interacted with 3 different employees. All were super nice, friendly and provided great customer service. Only spent $49.

Bought tires and rims. Changed sensors over and had me in and out within a hour.
Smaller shop so they aren’t as fast as tires plus but they charge reasonable prices unlike them.

Waited over an hour for them to tell me they couldn't mount the tire on my rim. Unprofessional worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND YOUR FAMILIES LIVES DONT DO BUSINESS HERE! Do not do business with this place! Completely unprofessional! They do not torque your wheels and they do not double check their work! I met a guy at this location to do a wheel swap ( he had used them before) the deal was his wheels for mine and he would pay for the labor to swap them. After figuring out that his wheels would not work for my truck, they put my wheels back on my truck. I left and headed to work. When I pulled into my office parking lot my front drivers wheel fell off! They did not tighten the lugs! I reached out the following day to let them know what they had done and proceeded to tell me that if they didn't tighten the wheel it would've fell of immediately! Also proceeded to tell me that since I stole from them (leaving without paying) that they were not going to take responsibility for their negligence! By the way The guy I was doing the trade with did in fact pay the tab! I have a wife and 3 babies this could've been absolutely devastating to me and my family. But these fly by night amateurs could care less!
