A few days ago the site manager Kameron was one of the rudest people I have ever met I payed for a max wash and it missed half my car I then asked him if I can get a another one I was fully planning to play and he got a attitude with me if this is the kind of person running this place this carwash is doomed i like it beed when the old boss was here good luck swifty i hope you guys fire him to save this wash

I would give them a 5 if it wasn't for those always seem to be clogged vacuums. Every time, it's always clogged up. That's a reflection on the ownership staff, so be mindful, and clients, we have to make sure we aren't sucking items and old stale foods that are too big for the vacuum. We should treat things with integrity like it is our own.
If you need training material designed for the staff we can assist you with that.

Yes, I gave it a five-star rating because at the time that's how I viewed it. But lately within the last month or so as my car is going through the tunnel all of a sudden I smell burning rubber instead of that really clean smell

Having recently relocated to the area, I visited Swifty car wash today in search of a new car wash membership. Upon arrival, the attendant only sprayed the driver's side windshield and initiated the wash process. I was disappointed to find that unlike my previous car wash, the mirrors were not folded in before the wash cycle. This raised concerns about potential damage to my vehicle's mirrors. Regrettably, based on this experience, I do not believe Swifty car wash offers the membership service that aligns with my needs and expectations.

We belong to this car wash with two vehicles (a charger and a wrangler) and before the wrangler a Cadillac. Never have we had an issue if we had to rewash bc the car(s) needed a little extra TLC. Everyone who works here is very personable and helpful—and we see them no less than twice a week.
We love that there are supplies available (and usually come with more)!
Thank you for your commitment to customer service and always having a friendly demeanor.
