THEY MADE MY SANDWICH HIDEN BEHIND A ROLL TOP SO I COULD NOT SEE. I ASKED FOR DOUBLE STEAK ON MY MONSTER FOOT LONG. WHEN I GOT HOME THE BACON WAS RAW...NO DOUBLE STEAK....AND THE WHITE ROLL WAS OLD AND HARD...NOT FRESH...I PAID OVER $18.00 FOR THIS SANDWICH ONLY TO GET FVCKED OVER AND SCAMMED WITH BAD FOOD AND OLD ROLL. Went to order a sandwich, but they were out of bread. They weren’t really out in the sense that they didn’t have any. They were out in the sense that the employees didn’t feel like making any. That’s fine “Jersey Mikes” is a stones throw away. I shouldn’t be surprised when visiting a restaurant with a Department of Health score of “C.” Just screams that nobody at this location cares and it shows. This place should be renamed “Subpar.” Anyway, I will not be back.

I went into the restaurant to place an order. I asked for the chicken TIKKA they didn’t have it. I asked for the seafood salad. They didn’t have it and so I told her to wait a minute let me see what else you might have and the lady just looked past me and asked the person next to me what can I get for you as if I wasn’t there. Her customer service sucks and this is not the first time I’ve been in there they don’t have high ratings and they don’t have respect for the customers. Either this is how they’re being trained or the managers need to step up the game.

I bought a veggie sub 5 minutes before they closed. The place was super clean. The attendant was kind and patient and made one heck of a sub!

Ordered a Turkey Cali Club online, get home and the avocado isn’t on there, I asked for extra lettuce, I think extra to them means 5 extra pieces, I was almost eating just bread I called to tell them my issue and they told me to come back, I really don’t wanna drive 10-15 mins back for 1 thing. I asked if I could just get a credit for tomorrow and they told me no. I’m sorry? YOU can’t read direction written out on a piece of paper and somehow I’m punished? Ridiculous.I shouldn’t have to be standing right in front of you to get my order right.

I went today, 7/16 around 6:30 and had the best experience. Everyone was so nice, but one employee went above and beyond. Their card systems were down, and we barely had enough cash. The worker offered to pay out of her own pocket. Luckily we had enough cash, but the thought was so sweet. I hope management sees this and rewards her!

They tend to go pretty heavy on the salt on your sandwich as well as smothered a 6" sub with mayonnaise and other sauces and make it to where it's sloppy and you make a mess and it doesn't taste good to have soggy bread I go here pretty frequently because it's by my house and it's a toss up on the days that I can get a decent sandwich made some days are better than others tonight was one I'm going to complain because I spent money on a sandwich and it's disgusting because she smothered it in sauce its soggy There are tomatoes looked gross like they had been cut up a couple of days prior And I'm pretty particular about my vegetables so I didn't get vegetables on cause of that and you think that they would put a smaller portion of mayo But here I am writing a Google Review hopefully they read They're

These employees only put 3/4 or the ingredients on the sandwich. Instead of 4 slices on a foot long, they only put 3 or 2…. Be careful here. These employees obviously can’t count

I just wanted to share that I had a great experience today at this store with Jasmine, people are quick to complain but rarely acknowledge the good. She was so pleasant and polite. Went out of her way to make sure my food was made correctly and we’ll. I use to work at a subway and know how it can be. And it’s just so refreshing these days to come into a store and not have the employees treat you like your bothering them/ annoying them by being there. Store was clean and well stocked and my sandwiches were good. But again best part was jasmine, fantastic work ethic and attitude.

This is the only Subway I go to. All staff members are wonderful, attentive, they treat you like your business matters. But the only issue I've had coming in is the district manager, Krystal. I've never repeated myself more than once until I encountered her. I repeated every single step of my order as she is ripping them a new one over attentiveness (which is very uneeded) during a 30 minute period of the store continuously filling up. It's absolutely fine to have people waiting when you're busy, but it isn't normal to completely ignore the patron you're trying to make an example out of multiple times within the 5 or 6 minutes or so I encountered her. I will continue only coming here for my sandwiches as long as she isn't the one making them while "directing morale".
