This is by far the best experience I've had with a storage facility. If you want a company that still gives actual customer service to their customers, this is the place to go.I thought actual customer service was a thing of the past.

Alis was very helpful and professional. The units are new, clean and close to Winder. She met us within a day of our inquiry to show us around and then we had the unit and keys within 15 minutes. If you want fast, professional & efficient service, then Storage 11 is the place. Their prices were the cheapest too. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.
