  Stop at the winder branch with my mother to get a certificate notarized and the staff told that she couldn’t notarized for us because I’m not a member but on the form it was written in first person to be sign by my mom who is their member. As I tried to explain to her she just shook her head and said no.

  The app is horrible and they allow money to come out of your account even while your card is lock!!

  Rudest people on the planet, this location and Gainesville, not helpful, and need more training. They do not have good understanding of banking practices.
