“Outstanding customer service. Nita/ the lady that works at this location in particular, (store number 7591). I have visited on occasion in the past and choose this location over others because of her kindness, knowledge & outstanding customer service. I had never needed it more than I have over the last couple of days when I was dealing with a very emotional matter regarding the IRS and the recent passing of my mom. I had to fax lots of documents, and be on hold by phone for a long time in between faxes, and she was quick to assist me in anyway that she could. Truly a game changing experience for a service company and her attitude towards helping her customers!”
