I was recommended to Richard and his team a few years ago when State Farm decided to become sky high. From the moment we discussed what I needed he was able to help us lower our home insurance and our vehicle insurances. We have had a teenager who had minor and major accidents and, Richard was available to calm momma's fears and provide superior customer service even after hours. Anytime I have questions he is quick to respond and help in any way that he can. I have never met him in person but we have grown to appreciate his commitment to his business and his clients and I feel like we've been friends for years. I have been a client of Richard Young/Country Financial for quite a while. I am a Realtor so I really compare many different things when searching for an insurance agent. Most important is responsiveness. Richard is second to none in that respect. I always get a very quick reply. Value and quality of service is also important. Again, I feel that these items are absolutely check off as well. Believe me...I do compare. Lastly, professionalism is important. Especially if I am referring my clients, which I have, and my clients have been happy. So not only does Richard Young handle insurance for my clients, he handles my personal insurance as well. I am very satisfied with the service I receive.
