Horrible service by the hot foods and deli counter. Worker Justin in the deli was a one man show. Coworkers dumping their clean up on him as they thought making subs was more important. Thank you Justin— you kept your cool. My Jersey girl almost came out!!

Store 480 is not enforcing masks, I used to shop at publix exclusively, since this pandemic started, I have been ordering my groceries to my door. However, Recently I had to stop into the physical store location for some items I could not get that day with the app. I figured it would be ok since Publix claims to care about citizens, and requires masks. I am an at-risk individual and it was very upsetting to see upon walking in that most customers did not wear any face coverin

Giving a 1 star because I have too. Ordered my sons 21st birthday cake 10 days early. Arrive to pick up the cake and of course not done, in fact their comment was oh we did that last weekend. So if a cake was made a week prior and not picked up one would think that MAYBE the manager would have noticed something like that and realized maybe someone goofed somewhere. Date was correct on the order form. The real kicker was oh wait we can do it free of charge for you right now... it'll just be a minute. No apologies, they didn't even seem surprised. Well it would have been 30... not acceptable when I have people waiting at my house. Stopped at Ingles on the way home and 5 minutes later was out with a cake, not what we wanted but much better customer service. Thats where my business will be moving forward. Publix used to get the majority of my business... not anymore, keep your bogos...

I shop Publix all the time. I went to Publix in Winder yesterday for myself and 3 elderly neighbors who are worried about going out. Publix had ever register open. I was able to get what they need except toilet paper and water and be out right away. the store was just as clean n organized as any other time.

This is the best grocery store in Winder, that's not saying much, but it does NOT have the selection that most Publix stores have. I wish it carried this product, and other things that are sugar free. The selection here is minuscule.
