I really like Medlink’s Pharmacy but it’s always a hassle trying to call in a refill or to just tell them to send it to a different medlink location, I always get placed on hold and they just forget about me. I always have to call back to just be placed in hold again.

The doctors that I have seen are great. The wait time definitely could be improved especially for the doctor to only come in for 10-15 minutes.
