Lately I found myself in the process of a new car - that make me feel confused about the legal stuff and insurance procedures. Matt and his team did an excellent job finding an affordable home/auto/umbrella bundle for me that provided better coverage at nearly the same price as the policies I had been holding. Matt seems motivated and is great at returning calls and emails promptly......something that is getting increasing hard to find in many aspects of today's world of business. Thanks Matt!!!!

Another case of being in the wrong hands. They doubled my 6-month premium which I pay up front and I found a better rate somewhere else and left them. I had a balance, from January of 2024 and it's now March of 2024 and they put me in collections. Stay away from these people they're not in your best interest

Our house was hammered by hail. Allstate denied our claim stating that there was no hail damage. Our roofing contractor and the adjuster from Allstate said we needed a new roof due to hail damage. The Allstate adjuster said we would have to fight for a new roof. WARNING: Do NOT insure your house with Allstate...You will NOT be in good hands! Don't expect Matt to return your call. He is always out of the office, in a meeting, on the phone or in the ocean.Update: Allstate sent another 3rd party adjuster to inspect the roof. He verbally told me there was hail damage on the roof and submitted pictures with proof. His exact words were “I don’t know what Allstate is thinking”. Allstate called me after reviewing the pictures and told me there was no hail damage. Allstate said it was nails that heated up in the sun and created blisters on the shingles. I pointed out to him that both 3rd party adjusters they sent out said there was hail damage. He responded that they were not trained to determine if there was hail damage. They denied a roof replacement again. I tried to invoke the appraisal clause in the insurance policy and hire a 3rd party adjustor and they denied that also because they have offered a settlement to replace 30ish wind-damaged shingles and hail-damaged gutters. An Allstate employee sitting behind a desk looking at pictures says there is no hail damage, but they do admit that there is hail damage on the gutters and the metal cover on the fireplace. Plus, the hail damage does not align with the nails on the roof. Allstate's claim that the damage is from blisters created from hot nails does not hold up. My roofing contractor and two 3rd party adjusters hired by Allstate say there is hail damage on the roof. An Allstate employee sitting behind a desk looking at pictures says there is no hail damage. Also, no one from Allstate has been to the house to inspect it. They have lied and continue to deny, deny and deny. Their strategy seems to be to wear people down until they just give up. How are insurance companies allowed to get away with this? It seemsonly a few insurance companies are doing this and Allstate is one of them. A complaint has been opened with the Georgia Insurance Commission.

Dustin at the Pruitt Allstate Agency was absolutely great! He walked me through every step of the process to include purchasing auto and homeowners insurance, changing it over, explaining the process and giving me a great deal. I am absolutely delighted with Dustin’s knowledge, experience and understanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
