Very rude and disrespectful. Wanted pedicure waited 15 min for cold water and when asked for warm water , person got attitude and proceeded to get mad then said do u want pedicure or not.

The lady that does my nails always does a great job when she does them no doubt. But I e noticed the 3 times I’ve been there they have charged me 3 different prices for the exact same thing I always get. I caught on. I was just there 2 weeks ago came in today and was charged 89 for a filling and pedicure with no polish. I seen there is a fee for credit card payments. But like I said this time it was a filling and regular pedicure not even a full set and I was charged wayyy more when I had gotten extra stuff done. Love the work but the prices are not consistent!!

I went in for a pedicure & the woman mentioned that my nails were already short & didn’t need to be cut…once home, I really looked at them & because I had cut them a couple of weeks ago & she did not, the nails on my left foot are longer than the nails on my right foot. I’m very disappointed, also, I was rushed out when she was done, so arriving home & really examining them, I noticed the big toenail on my right foot is shorter & it’s messed up & looks terrible, Also, they’ve raised their pedicure price to $37 with tax, so I will not be going back there again!!

Im a regular customer here and i always give a good tip so that they will make my nail perfect but the last time i when, I feel I paid to much for my nail to fall off after 5 days and they did not put also the nail polish color I wanted.. Im really upset and I will not recommend this nail salon

STAY AWAY!!!!!! This was coming up to Mother's Day weekend so I was visiting the area with my mom at the hair salon. To kill time I decided to stop in for a pedicure at this nail salon. Lord it was the worst mistake!!!! Have you ever heard of a partial pedicure?! That's exactly what I got!! My cuticles wasn't soften and everything was done dry!!!! I guess her placing them in the water was good enough. Then on top of that the lady cut me twice while shaving the tip down. I was unhappy by then. Not to mention the brush she used while removing the clippings from the nail shavings was DIRTY like BLACK in the bristles. I've never been SO SICK TO MY STOMACH. I immediately stopped her in the middle of service and told her I would pay for the added tip on one toe (might I add) and the pedicure. Once I got to the counter they began talking in their language and then she responded back to me with...that will be $40....I said no ma'am!! I live in the city and I pay almost that for full service. I gave her $25 which was more than what I thought they deserved but I'm a fair person and nothing in life is for free. She not only called the police on me but the officer said that it was the law that whether you are unhappy with the services in this state you are responsible for paying a business. If I don't pay them I will go to jail. So tell me who was wrong in this situation?? I will never patronize any business in WINDER GA ever again So now I'm left to pay her the $15 and still will need to pay someone else to complete the service. Shame on this business for taking advantage of people!!!!

I went today with my daughter. Ladies are nice.The service was okay. Paid cash and the lady didn’t offer to give me change. She just kept it and smiled. That’s very unprofessional. I believe this place is probably good to their regular customers but I will not be returning.Services: Dip powder

This place was great! They did my 3 year old little girls nails and did them right! Took their time and made them look very nice! Thank you !Edit: Two years later this place is still great! Took my daughter here for Valentine’s Day and get her nails painted and me a pedicure. They did amazing on both and they remembered us from past visits. All are so friendly and the lady that did her nails and my pedicure was amazing. Highly recommend this place! Thank you!Services: Manicures
