Do not go here they will steal your money. Recently tried purchasing a vehicle they said I was approved with a loan had me come in told me everything was approved that I was good to go wrote me a temp tag and said I could leave with the car. Woke up to find out I’m not approved that I will need a co signer. I was still gonna continue the purchase until I was not notify that they would be trying to go thru a different loan agency. after a day and a half I decided it was too much confusion and ended up giving the car back. So I asked for my down payment back Dana preceded to tell me that I would have to wait because apparently they took it open there self to use my down payment to pay the taxes to the state on the car without any certainty that I would be approved for the loan to purchase the car. Now they are saying they don’t have to give the down payment back because I opted out of the deal but I was never approved for the car!!!! It’s been a week and still no money I have no way to go and no money to fix my car issue. My only choice now is to have to file a complaint and a civil lawsuit. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I was never approved for the loan so how could they go ahead and pay the taxes on the car?
