Cheap glasses and silver wear, clothes are double the price of smaller thrift stores I've been to. Open up the dressing rooms and quit blaming it on theft lol, yall get all your donations free. Tired of trying on clothes in the bathroom each time I visit!

The store was very well organized, and had a great smell to it. It’s a smaller store but had a lot of items to choose from.

This stores staff INSULTED my wife. She went to return a pair of shorts that she had purchased and was met with a very unhelpful and rude staff. After being told she’s unable to return them, a male employee named Bill was speaking to her asked why she wanted to return them saying “Were they too small or too big?” To which my wife replied “They were too small” and the man said to her “Have you considered a diet?”. I am furious about this interaction and you can bet we’ll never be shopping here again, and we’ll make sure to tell everyone we know the same.

Goodwill shopper for many years and the Winder, GA Goodwill is the best by far. Jamie, the manager is seen on the floor at times ensuring the store is neat and clean from bathroom to store shelves! Mary does an excellent job of decorating the end shelves which causes merchandise to end up in our buggies!!! I have been coming to this store since it opened and it’s the best it’s ever been with these current employees. ?

This goodwill rarely accepts donations of furniture, and frequently turns away other donations as well, while taking in donations for sections that are frequently messy and overfilled. The store is mostly unsorted clothing, while donation workers are frequently rude and often yell. There are better ways to manage a goodwill, and better thrift/donation stores nearby.

Rude staff and not helpful at all. No signage to designate how to park for donating but turned me away because I was facing the "wrong direction" to donate. Then proceeded to walk away and ignore me when I asked a question.

Unprofessional. One register open with a line to the door, and that lady kept walking off to hang up hangers instead of pushing them to the side and putting them up later, then another lady shows up, puts her register in then walks off to the back, then comes back to say she’s going to her car. Still a line to the door. AND a manager was on duty, came out of the back and seen the line and walked off and went back to the back. Will not be back to this store again

They have remodeled the store and crammed too many clothing racks too close together making it difficult to push a buggy between the racks

I will not be shopping or donating to Goodwill ever again. This is the final straw. Goodwill never plans to open the changing rooms again even though they won't specifically tell you that. In fact, they will tell you that if something doesn't fit, you can return it for a full refund in 7 days... This is a complete lie and they are not training their employees on how to communicate with their customers. I just spent hundreds of dollars here buying clothes for school and was told I could return them within 7 days with the tag on and when I tried to do that with the ones that didn't fit I was told that I could only receive a gift card. This is dishonest robbery. I contacted Goodwill, left them a message, sent them an email and of course they have not called me back or responded. After doing some research on the internet, it appears that Goodwill is never going to open their dressing rooms again because of apparent theft. If theft is high in certain locations then you should hire more people to manage the dressing rooms and to count how many items people are allowed to take in and how many they bring back out. This could be a way to hire more people and to employ more people who need jobs, but apparently you don't want to do that. According to the article Goodwill stated they are losing profits from the theft. I'm sorry but your profits come strictly from donations from your loyal customers and beyond. Never again Will I be associated with Goodwill.

I adore goodwill, however little ms. Melissa is just incredibly disrespectful and has targeted me in multiple accounts when I was out with my family! This includes fat shaming me she said and I quote “you might need to lose a couple of pounds of you want to wear that” or today she kept trying to re route me to the 2 and 3x clothing when i comfortably wear large and XL. When we brought this to the manger’s attention’s she did absolutely nothing EXCEPT GO OUTSIDE AND LAUGH WITH MELISSA. So obviously bullying and belittling is apart of their mission statement! Good will? More like bad will!

On April 18, they treated me badly for being Hispanic, the cashiers made a bad comment about me, thinking that I did not speak English and they did not let me try on my clothes because I was Hispanic.

This Goodwill was clean and well organized and the prices were reasonable unlike some locations or other thrift stores. I look for glassware and whatnots mostly, Many of these Items are under $2. I also checkout clothes and accessories from time to time. I didn't find much in accessories but I love how they have the jeans arranged by s, m, l, xl etc. and hung in a way that is easy to check the actual size without removing them from the rack. I definitely recommend!
