WHATEVER YOU DO TALE YOUR MACHINE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! We took our Kubota skid steer to this place for repairs. They charged about double what the job was going to be anywhere else. They told us it would be $8,000 (which was high) but they already had the machine taken apart. Then without asking or telling us they decided to do other labor without telling us which sent the price up by about another $3,500. They took a few months with something that other places told us would take a few days. Part of the repair was putting a windshield back in the machine. They forgot to put a windshield wiper back on and during operation on the first day of having the machine back, the metal from the wiper arm busted out the new windshield that they replaced. Then we were loading the machine on a trailer and noticed there was hydraulic fliud everywhere. There was no problem with hydraulics prior to taking our machine there. They left nuts loose that connected the hydraulic lines under the cab and we almost burned up the hydraulic pump. They told us they would call us back and never did.UPDATE: I spoke with someone from Gina, Matt tractor call me back since they saw this review. The man told me they had tried to speak with my father about bringing the to check out any issues that there were. I got the reply, but I am not sure how reply to it, so this is how I shall do it. As an update. They basically said they told my dad to bring the machine in to fix what had been broken. Prior to drop in the machine off. There was never any leaks of any sort. However, once the machine was picked up, it leaked out 5 gallons within a few hours, after it was ran again. My father then told me every time he called Gene Matt, that he was told the technician or mechanic was out of town, and they didn’t have anyone to work on it, which was contradictory to what I was told by the person who called me from Gene and Matt.I tried to say that the machine came in with no windshield wiper on it, however part of what we came in for was for a windshield to be installed because the other one was broken so it seems like they’re trying to tell me that my dad lied to me. If they resolve this issue, I will take my review down. It still should have never gotten this far and then this hard to get a call back. I also don’t appreciate people calling my father a liar.

These guys are hands-down by far the most knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to parts. I don’t know why I even bother checking other places. It is a little further for me to go there, but highly recommend you make the drive.
