Why has there been a $20 hold on my card for a week now? It says the MERCHANT is finalizing the purchase so that debunks all these claims you've made to these people about it being their institution, it's on YOUR end and you REFUSE to address it. Don't be surprised if enough people get together and take you to court over it and all those charges could shut you down.

This car wash has really gone down hill. The automatic touch free bay has been shut down forever. Just last week I washed my car and the high pressure soap was just water. Another bay was totally stopped up and looked like a lake. Dr Powers we miss you ?

I went to one of the booths and put my debit card in. Then saw my cousin going into the other booth next to me. So I pressed stop instantly. It charged me 20 dollars for nothing. I didn’t use the water or soap and was there for less than 2 seconds. Then I switched to where the my cousin parked his car at. The timer thing read I owed 9 dollars when I was done and it took out 20. It’s a good car wash but the payment they have is horrible. I’m not going back until they fix the payment and I get my money back

I am very disappointed in this place. This was my cousins and my first time here and we both got scammed. He got charged 40 when he only should’ve been charged about 9. He used one of the booths for literally a couple of seconds and got charged 20. And then the other one for about 9 minutes and got charged 20. And then I payed to wash my car and it said it was gonna charge me 9. But I look and I ended up getting charged 20. I don’t know why this place does this but it is awful and I wouldn’t suggest anyone to come here unless they want to lose money. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Did not have $4 worth of quarters or cash (sign indicated $4 wash), so I used the card reader to pay with my debit card. I used the sprayer for less than 5 minutes to wash mud off of my motorcycle tires, and later discovered that they had debited $20 from my checking account for the time used. This was NOT an authorization- it cleared my account. DO NOT use a card. It was a hassle to get the card charge fixed, as the card processor that they use is in Virginia. I was happy to see that the overall cleanliness has improved and the chemical/ soap was working.

We tried to use the automatic touch less on 5/10 around 655 pm and it doesn't work. Paid and drove in and it just keeps flashing drive ahead and then beeping back up.
