Fedex cannot do anything unless you print out the label yourself and tape up the box with label. Forget QR codes etc. they said they can’t do!

Terrible service, the lady who works there is rude. To cancel a policy they ask that you have to write a letter by hand for GOD.In addition, we sent the cancellation from February 2 where it is indicated that the policy be canceled and until today, February 10, they have not canceled it, according to which you must speak with the person who owns the policy and in the letter is the number of the owner and the signature and we've been there for a week and they haven't canceled it and they contradict themselves because they have the number there and they haven't communicated with the owner. Terrible service, avoid this place.

Just rude and for the coverage I have on my car they weren't any cheaper. If I wanted to pay less, as we all do then I have to have less coverage. Do not go to them. They don't tell you until you get the paperwork that you have very little coverage for what the charge.Good thing I asked for a printout before I signed with them. Sneaky.I bet you the law firm they use is called Dewy Cheated and How.

The rates seem low but they don't cover what you really need. Full coverage wasn't included for a 3yr.old car. I canceled the very next day but a refund wasn't received like I was told, Instead I received insurance cards!
