Shout out to Nina!!! She is absolutely amazing!! I brought my son in for a phone, and she took her time, and explained everything to me, and made sure he knew how to use his phone. She was so sweet, and such a pleasure to have!! You can tell She is very knowledgeable in her work!! Thank you Nina!!

Nina was a lifesaver for me. She changed my service and she is so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. She is the most customer oriented and customer focused person I have ever dealt with. She is such an asset to your company. She's the reason I changed my service provider. I just love her to pieces. She needs to be training others how to do this job!

Hands down the best service I have ever received!

Nina did a killer job helping set up 4 lines for us on two separate occasions and even stayed late to make sure we got everything set up correctly. We highly recommend cricket and Nina!

The store in winder really needs some training in professionalism… I don’t know who that bird was at the counter but she got on the phone to call another bird I guess it was the store manager she was a female… she is very unprofessional she said the F word to me and I called her the B word for saying the F word to me… yes we both were wrong but she said the cuss word first which reminded me that she definitely wasn’t a professional so I too acted unprofessional and said a cuss word back to her… I called customer service filed my complaint and yes I did inform them that i called her the b word but she said a cuss word first…. Yes they both spoke Spanish to one another because the both employees were Espanol which that didn’t offend me but when that stupid lady said to me “ If I would F- - - ing listen to what she was saying ?? so on that note cricket is unprofessional especially cussing out their customers… I went in to check and see why the bill wasn’t due on the 3rd of the month as employee Justin had informed me that my bill will be due 3rd of each month… well the rude unprofessional inexperienced non caring manager that was on the phone with me informed me that Justin was new and didn’t know what he was doing…and i said to her who’s fault is that ? That your employee Justin didn’t know what he was doing I told her to me that sounds like an issue with cricket that Justin training wasn’t my fault… I did call customer service to file an unprofessional complaint against the rude lady that was talking via phone… after I spoke with customer service I immediately switched to a reputable provider a provider that’s professional with their customers who value their customers who doesn’t use cuss words unto the customer… I didn’t get these two Spanish speaking employees name but I went in the store on May 2nd around 6 pm … cricket you suck and so does those two female espanol
employees that was there with the vulgar words…. Those two birds can just fly away as far as I am concerned… if I sound upset YES I am and I wouldn’t be this upset if she hadn’t used cuss words unto me….

The store manager Nina was extremely helpful and provided the BEST service above and beyond. I got deceived by a different rep at a different store location to sign up for the promotion and got misinformed about the iphone unlocking time frame and got over charged for accessories. Nina was very honest and focused on helping me to solve the problems that was created by another employee of the company. This is indeed the best customer service and I totally think Nina deserves a 10 stars !

Justin was at the Buford store today. I was so lucky to have him there! He was very professional, very knowledgeable & very personable. Today I went in cricket wireless because I was having some phone issues and the lady working her name was Nina and Nina was superb she was a good multi-tasker she was helping more than one customer at one time she never got frustrated she had patience. she is great with customer service and one of the most excellent people I have seen who have worked at a phone store. Nina is top-notch and if I ever have problems with my phone again I will not go to any other cricket wireless except their to go speak with Nina.
