If I could give negative below zero I would! They have no prices for vehicles on their website and cuss and hang up when asking for prices!!!!! Extremely unprofessional and insane business practice.

Went look at a car yesterday. Advised I had $800 to put down was shown cars, picked one and was then told I would need to put $1000 down for that car. Didn't have it so I left went today today with the $1000 everything was going good until they tell me my first 2 payments going to be more because the down payment is $1700! Talk about I didn't give them a chance to tell me yesterday. No what should have been said was the total down is $1700 you can put $1000 and make pick up payments for the rest. I will take my business elsewhere.

If I could get a car elsewhere I would. This place I can’t even explain. Every single time I call to make my payment they tell me I’m so many days late. When I’m not. So I give them proof im not and then I get told “I’m sorry I had the wrong account pulled up. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Now when I call today to pay they don’t give me the chance knowing it’s NOT LATE and I PAID IT EARLY last time it was due they had my car repod. 6 months pregnant with no way to go bc of their mess ups. They are extremely rude and highly unprofessional and think it’s okay to talk to anyone however they want to. They should not be in business and should not be running a business. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t even have the words for it.

Seriously guys , If you read these reviews and purchase a car from these people you can’t say you weren’t warned. These people are very shady. Their goal is to get you to pay a down payment on an unreliable car , and the second you can’t pay they repossess . Now you are out of a down payment and a car and they’re just gonna make their profit and sell the car to someone and do the same thing to them , this is how they make their money . Please beware or I can promise you , you will wish you listened. They are wolves in sheep clothing do NOT trust them.

I recently went here and I should’ve left when I was asked how much I had for a down payment and was showed 3 cars in that range and the one I loved wasn’t in that range it was 3 times more. I settled for another car but insurance issues came up. I never took the car off the lot now I’m out of a down payment and a car because no one will answer me nor respond to messages. I don’t understand how a car I never took home and now it’s been 3 days and I still can’t get answers or my money back

Sitting here reading all these reviews and it’s mind blowing, I get that every car is not perfect but these are good people, and they will do what they can to help. I deal with the guys over at the winder office and they have always done right by me ! I’m also a great customer, good payment history, and good communication, they will work with you if you take care of your end ! Steve, Jeff, Dan thanks again !

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They are very sneaky and are scam artists. They will act like they are good people in your face just until you buy a car and leave the lot! Almost every single car has a check engine light on, they will make up every excuse they can and give you the run around with everything. Spend your money elsewhere. They shouldn’t even be in business. Terrible customer service. Steve and Chad are the worst sales men they will lie and lie and think they can speak to you however they want. They should not be sales men, they could never make it at a real dealership that’s why they work for that run down piece of junk place!

I called to require some information about doing business with them from me and my husband my husband isn’t on a payroll he gets paid cash every week we tried to see if they would accept a notarized letter from his boss with the company information and everything because their independent contractors well by requiring some information the owner Greg who I was just speaking to said he’s not interested in doing business with us based off our conversation he was extremely rude and unprofessional we got told by one of his employees $500-$1000 down well Greg said he would need $1500 or more down based off our situation and conversation these people are not interested in helping people obtain vehicles he’s just there to collect money and that’s it POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE choose wisely before you do business with this man

Update******************************** Got my car back the day I posted the review, got it home it wouldn't start one hour later. had it towed to the mechanic, deemed a fire and safety hazard!!!! WTH?? Car has bad wiring, the traction control system is fried, causing the car to abruptly stop or accelerate, convertors are clogged, the whole car is a fire hazard! the list of issues goes on and on...According to an actual mechanic (not the ones they have that they call mechanics). Who btw they can't even communicate with because they do not speak English. It would cost way more than the car is even worth to fix the amount of issues it has. We are lucky we did not die otw home!!! and here we are, Over a month later... They have had the car, no resolution no phone calls no nothing until the other day when they had the Audacity to call about my missed payment and to let me know I was in default!!! My attorney is having a field day with this! See you in court! The stories I have from people that I have personally contacted are outrageous. Not to mention the ones on the BBB site BUYERS DEF BEWARE!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I am the one who will make sure they pay (legally of course) for what they have done to everyone that cannot fight back! Anyone that wants to submit their experience to me please reach out! I would love to take as much to court as possible
I seriously have no words. I can’t even explain the experience I have had. No communication get yelled at when I call for updates they are not willing to provide. Bought a car Monday drove off it tore up 20 minutes from the dealership was told to bring it back to be fixed every time I call its on the rack or being test drove The disrespect and total disregard I have been met with is literally unexplainable. Steve is the only one even remotely helpful. I’m really trying to avoid a legal route I just want the car I paid for, another car or my money back and I’ll go on my way. I never pay attention to reviews and usually give everyone their own chance. This is one time I wish I would have. They have no regard for my situation I was told I should be thanking them for doing me a favor by fixing it.. and that I test drove it and chose that car. I did test drive it and noticed the air wasn’t getting to it properly so Steve hooked up the scanner it supposedly showed one code for a $50 MAP sensor which we gladly replaced ourselves thinking that would be it. Nope was stranded at autozone with two kids under 2 for 2.5 hours. I do appreciate the fact that it is being “fixed” however I haven’t been told anything other than the oil pressure sensor and the power steering hose if there are more issues then please communicate with me. Instead I am met with yelling, being told not to call back they will call me only to never receive a call I wait all day and nothing not an update not even a courtesy call!!! I’ve been told three separate times it will be ready the following day by 12 then by 2pm the next day. I’m literally at a loss I’m stranded I could go on and on about my experience but by reading the response from the people that work here to other unsatisfactory reviews I will be blamed either way and my time will be wasted even more. Lesson here is pay attention to consumer reviews from now.
